Landing softly somewhere very comfortable,

Closing your eyes gently if that feels right.
Let yourself sink into this moment.
Really recognize that you are free to just be here.
Begin to notice the depth of your breath and notice the pace of your breath.
Take a slow breath in through your nose,
Big exhale let it go.
Allow your breath to help you unwind and land here.
Inhale slow,
Exhale slower.
Notice what it feels like to be you in this moment.
I know,
My friend,
How it feels when there's so much going on outside of you.
It feels overwhelming.
Maybe the energy feels heavy,
Dark.
This is when you,
My friend,
Can remember your light.
There is a light within you always.
Some days it feels brighter than others.
It's up to you to remember to turn it on,
To let it radiate,
To let your light shine bright.
It's almost as if there are embers within you and all they need is a deep breath and exhale to allow them to ignite.
Breathe in,
Exhale,
Starting to feel this light within you grow gently,
Slowly.
Maybe this light of yours lives within your heart and you can place a hand or two over your heart and start to feel the warmth of your light begin to glow.
What color is your light?
Feel into the energy of your light and like a warm blanket visualize your light wrapping you,
Surrounding you,
Holding you.
Feel your light radiate and spread through every inch of you.
What does your light carry with it?
Peace,
Calm,
Light energy.
Imagine your light goes beyond you.
It knows no bounds.
Your light now is radiating outward,
Filling up the room that you're in,
Letting your light shine bright and be felt.
Imagine everything that has been swirling outside of you,
Everything that has been heavy and dark just fading away because your light is bright.
Your light is healing.
Imagine your light growing and growing beyond the room you're in,
Your light reaching far,
Far away.
Now imagine your light gently pulling back to you,
Filling up your entire soul.
Feeling the warmth of your light.
What a gift it is to remember that you always have a light within you and all lights turned off can be turned on.
Let it go.
Notice any shift you feel now.
How is your heart now?
How is your mind now?
May you continue to tap back into your light.
Breathe your way there.
Remember your light is meant to radiate and heal you and the world around you.
Really take in this feeling of embodying your light and carry it with you.
