Hi my friend.
Welcome yourself to this moment If it feels right you can close your eyes.
Simply start to notice your breath.
Where can you feel your breath the most?
Maybe you notice a gentle rise and fall of your chest.
Maybe a subtle lift and lower your lungs,
Your belly.
Maybe you can feel the breath.
In the space between your nose and upper lip.
Slow breath into your nose.
Feel your lungs expand.
Exhale,
Let it go.
Breathe in,
Imagine an umbrella opening,
Expanding the lungs.
Exhale,
Release.
One more time,
360 degree expansion.
The lungs filling with air,
Exhale.
Soften here.
Let your mind unravel.
Feel your nervous system slow down.
Every cell in your body relaxes.
This exercise is a very simple one to cultivate a kind inner dialogue.
So often we move through our day waiting,
Wishing,
Hoping someone would tell us what we want to hear what we've been waiting to hear.
Can you sit here?
Finally be the one that says all you've been longing to hear.
Validate Encourage.
Give yourself words of love and kindness.
Continue to just sit with yourself.
Keep opening your heart to your own love all the affirmations that you are worthy of hearing,
Let them come from you placing a hand or two over your heart feeling your heartbeat Remember that you always have the power to shift your inner dialogue.
All you need to do is remember to invite this version of you forward.
Can tell you confidently.
Lovingly all that you need to hear and truly mean it stop waiting for others.
Be there for yourself right now.
Slow breath in.
.
.
Big slow exhale.
Notice what's present within you now finding small movement in your hands and your feet Return to this practice as many times as you need.
Be kind to your mind.
Be kind to you.
From my heart to yours.
