Allow yourself to arrive here without any rush,
Closing your eyes if that feels right.
Start to really ground down into this moment,
Into this body.
You won't be this version of you ever again,
So slow down and just be with you as you are.
Start to deepen your breath,
Inhaling through the nose,
Maybe a gentle exhale out the mouth.
In this moment you don't have to be a certain way,
You can completely unravel,
Let go of all expectations of yourself.
Just be.
Be with your heart.
Be with your emotions.
Be with your body.
Be with your mind.
Holding the space for yourself to simply exist.
Can you simply love on what you find right here?
Allowing yourself completely to be.
Not questioning anything.
Not trying to justify any feelings.
To see yourself as you are.
Give yourself more and more space to breathe and be.
In-breath.

Did you know that simply being here and doing nothing is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself?
You are adding years to your life.
By pausing.
By slowing down.
By resting your mind in this moment.
Feel the safety of the stillness.
Feel the relief in letting go.
Feel the permission to just be.
I hope you know you don't have to earn this feeling.
Rest is mandatory.
Allowing yourself to be is mandatory.

When you allow yourself to just be,
You can recognize all is well.
Feeling the weight of overwhelm or anxiety lift from your heart,
Your shoulders.
