Hello,
My name is Eden and I am a therapist,
Reiki teacher,
And meditation guide.
Now whether you've found this meditation through one of my Reiki courses or just through the web of life,
Welcome.
These meditations are intended to deepen your relationship to your intuition and gifts,
And facilitate an understanding of your own internal landscape.
Each meditation is also a tool that can be offered to yourself or a client,
So I invite you to notice what shifts within you before,
During,
After,
Beyond the meditation,
Cataloging the effects with words and feelings and sensations,
Just letting yourself take note.
Allow it to be personal and universal.
Let's begin.
And today we're going to be exploring embodied intention.
Embodied intention.
And so just start to settle in wherever you are,
Finding comfort in your body.
Closing the eyes down,
Relaxing all the tight muscles.
Releasing the day,
Releasing any mental weights.
And just taking a few slow breaths to be right here.
Right here.
And we,
In this moment,
Call in a one-word intention for this meditation.
Just letting something emerge in your consciousness.
Knowing that the first word that comes up is perfect.
And we hold this word in our mind's eye.
We see it out in front of us,
Perhaps.
And we start to bring this intention in,
Maybe imagining that it dissolves in the heart space.
And the method for embodying this intention today is through the breath.
Through the breath.
The breath as this beautiful gateway towards embodiment,
This link between our mind and our body.
This felt sense of safety where change is possible.
And within the breath,
We can have access to any intention.
Any intention.
So I invite you to just explore what it would look like,
What it would feel like to breathe in such a way where the breath embodied this intention.
So,
For example,
If your intention was strength,
Maybe you breathe a little more forcefully,
With a little more momentum and power,
In and out.
If the intention was surrender,
Maybe you relax every single muscle in the diaphragm and belly and still notice that the breath travels in and out.
In and out.
Maybe the intention was clarity and you allow the breath to be clear.
Be clear as you breathe in this clarified way.
As if envisioning the breath just as air moving through you.
How can you let the breath embody your intention?
And offering that to yourself for just a few more breaths here.
This is how we start to embody our intention,
Embody what we're calling in.
There's an access point here of finding truth in our system.
To access this intention as a living,
Breathing truth.
Deep breath in.
Long breath out.
Knowing that this practice is always accessible to you.
Whenever you notice that you have a specific intention coming to mind and noticing that you would like to embody it,
You would like to live that truth right now.
And whenever you're ready to return to the day,
Gently doing so in your own time.
