Calling On Our Guides Meditation

This meditation calls on our earth and ether guides, and all in between. This is often used before the day, a session, or slumber to remind each of us that we are not alone. We are divinely guided and supported. This is also a part of a larger meditation series incorporated in a Reiki Level 1 and 2 practice. (27)

Hello, My name is Eden and I am a therapist, Reiki teacher, And meditation guide. Now whether you've found this meditation through one of my Reiki courses or just through the web of life, Welcome. These meditations are intended to deepen your relationship to your intuition and gifts, And facilitate an understanding of your own internal landscape. Each meditation is also a tool that can be offered to yourself or a client, So I invite you to notice what shifts within you before, During, After, Beyond the meditation, Cataloging the effects with words and feelings and sensations. Just letting yourself take note. Allow it to be personal and universal. Let's begin. And in this meditation we are just going to be calling in all of our support system, Whether this is just to support us through the rest of the day, Before a session, Any other time, We can call on them. Just finding a tall spine wherever you are, Taking a few slow, Calibrating breaths, Letting the day go up to now and all to come, And starting to be just a little bit more here. Gently rubbing the palms together, Creating a little bit of warmth, And then maybe your hands find your heart, Palms resting on the heart, Or palms together with thumbs making contact with the heart. And here we call on the earth, The water, The fire. We call on the east, The south, The west, And the north. And we call on our ancestors, This long, Almost unimaginable line of beings that have come before us that we are the living embodiment of. They're all cheering us on. We hold their lives in us. Our DNA holds our lineage. And we call on our deep soul and our elevated spirit, And I call on any angels or archangels that are personal to you and me. I call on the Reiki ascended masters. I call on my lost loves. I call on my spirit guides, Letting them all be present here, Knowing they are all welcome. We are supported from the earth to the ether and everything in between. Maybe you notice a tingling on the skin or an opening in your aura as we soften into this support system or these presences that we can call on through our mind at any time. All of these benevolent forces that help the world to turn and for our heart to be alive. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. You are so supported. Soften to the feeling of that support. Deep breath in, Long, Slow, Yummy breath out. Few more like that. And as you breathe in this way, Slowly bringing yourself back into the day, Knowing that your team is here. You are cared for, Divinely guided, Supported in this life and across all timelines.
