Hi my love,

I'm Eden Harmony.

Welcome to this five-minute guided meditation for beginners.

After this class you'll feel relaxed,

Refreshed,

And clear-minded.

So let's begin.

Go ahead and close your eyes.

And I want you to put one hand on your stomach and one hand on your chest.

And start noticing as you're breathing if one hand is moving more than the other.

You may notice the hand on your chest is moving a bit more.

What we're going to do now is we're going to deepen our breath.

So breathe in nice and deep.

And then exhale nice and slow.

Good.

One more deep inhale.

Slow exhale.

Very good.

In.

Out.

Continue on your own.

You might start to feel a little relaxed already.

And on the next breath in I want you to start paying attention to your hands again.

When you're breathing in deep and slow,

Is one hand moving more than the other?

And you might notice that the hand on your stomach is starting to move a little bit more and now that our breath is nice and slow and deep.

And if you can,

I want you to direct your next deep breaths mostly into your stomach.

So we'll breathe into our stomach together.

We'll breathe out of our stomach.

And now the hand on your stomach is moving more.

In.

And out.

A nice and deep breath in.

And out.

And with every deep belly breath you're getting calmer and more refreshed.

So continue breathing like this for just a few more breaths.

Really enjoy the feeling that you're getting.

And we'll breathe in a couple last times together.

In.

Out.

One more time.

Breathe in.

And out.

And our last breath together.

In.

And all the way out.

Wonderful.

You can take your hands off your body and let your breathing return to normal.

But before we open our eyes just sit here and do a little comparison.

How you feel now versus how we started.

Knowing that it only took five minutes for you to feel better.

I want to congratulate you on completing this meditation.

You just did something so amazing for yourself.

Okay.

Open your eyes.

Stretch.

Exhale.

Take in the room.

Now that you've taken the time to meditate,

Whatever you have to do next is going to go a little smoother and a little easier for you.

If you liked how this meditation made you feel,

I'd be so honored if you subscribed and followed along.

I'll be releasing more meditation classes soon.

I've always had trouble with keeping my mind on the meditation. I was able to just focus on her words. Great meditation for beginners. Thank you ❤️
