Make yourself comfortable.
Find the right spot and the best way to organize yourself for relaxation.
Let gravity take over.
Sink in.
Notice your body get a little more still.
A little more quiet.
And even in the quiet,
You might notice it's not silent.
That there are small noises that hum around you.
You might not have noticed when you were moving.
Celebrate the fact that you're taking a few moments to meditate.
Be grateful to yourself that you've given your space.
Do not think about very much or do much of anything.
When you take deep breaths in,
You can use the oxygen and air to stimulate and release any places of tension.
And when you take long breaths out,
You can slow yourself down.
Dilating time and giving yourself more room to be.
Take about five more deep breaths in,
Slow breaths out.
And with each exhale,
Say something nice to yourself about yourself.
When you finish up your fifth breath,
You can open your eyes.
