Start by noticing your breath and where you're sitting or lying down,
Making yourself 10% more comfortable wherever you find yourself,
Easing into your chair or bed or floor,
Slowing down your breath.
Breathe into and relax your neck.
As you breathe in,
Expand through and open your ribs and chest.
Breathe in and relax your neck.
When you breathe in,
Feel your spine lifting up.
Maybe as you exhale,
You feel your hips sinking down.
Your thighs,
Knees,
Calves,
Feet,
Heavy,
Solid.
When I say the following word,
I want you to note what color comes to mind.
The word is radiance.
Pick a color that you associate with radiance.
Continuing to breathe,
Trace your attention down to your toes.
Feel the radiance coming out of your toes,
Beams of radiance,
Whatever color and texture of light that is to you.
Let the light radiate from your ankles.
Breathe in and relax your neck.
Let the radiance fill and suffuse and permeate out in beams from your knees and legs.
Breathe in and relax your neck.
Continuing to breathe with lightness.
Feel the radiant light fill up your stomach and belly.
Lift up through your chest.
Finding it out in all directions.
Breathing.
Breathing.
Draw the light through your arms,
Shoulder,
Bicep,
Tricep,
Forearms.
Shine it out through your hands,
Fingers,
And nails.
Breathing in and out gently.
Continue to breathe and let the light float up and out from your neck,
Through the crown of your head and up and out from your face,
Mouth,
Nose,
Eyes.
Send the radiance out as gift.
Continue to feel it pouring out of you.
