You can miss meditation only three times.
The rule you previously accepted is to meditate once in the morning and once in the evening.
If you happen to miss one of these two meditations,
Consider it as one missed session.
If you miss three times,
It's game over.
You will self-delete and may choose to start over.

I will refrain from consuming tea and coffee.

I will abstain from eating sweets.
Option seven,
I will refrain from using salt.
Option eight,
I will abstain from consuming any animal products.
Meat,
Fish,
Dairy,
Eggs,
Cheese.
Option nine,
I will abstain from eating any baked goods,
Bread,
Pastries,
Cookies,
Etc.
Option ten,
I will remain in silence.
Option eleven,
I will speak only when necessary and only if someone asks me something.
