Just be still and rest while you,

Just be focused on following my words and entering into the wonderful,
Peaceful world of meditation.
So what I'd like for you to do now is to find yourself in a beautiful meadow,
High up in the mountains,
All by yourself.
The breeze all around you,
The breeze is gently blowing.
You can feel the warmth of the sun on you.
It's a very peaceful,
Very tranquil place to be.
You may be seated or lying down.
It doesn't matter.
Just allow yourself to be 100% present in this very peaceful,
Very beautiful,
Very tranquil environment.
Just be still now for a little bit.
And as you relax,
Continue to breathe deeply and slowly,
Slowly and deeply.
Why nature can be so healing and relaxing is that in many ways she is our mother.
That's why people around the world call our earth Mother,
Caretaker.
And as you are gently experiencing the peacefulness of being in this meadow with clear skies,
The wind gently rustling through the trees and the leaves and the meadow,
Allow yourself to be 100% present in this very relaxing,
Very peaceful place.
Continue to breathe slowly,
Continue to breathe deeply,
Soaking in the beauty,
The wonder,
The tranquility of nature.
Just allow yourself to let your worries melt away and allow Mother Earth to soak them up and take them far,
Far away from you.
Any concerns,
Any worries,
Any fears,
Just allow them to gently be taken away from you.
Because our worries are in our mind,
We can let them go away now.
As we enjoy the beauty and the peacefulness of this beautiful mountain meadow,
Letting our fears and our worries go away.
And what comes up naturally and spontaneously is a peace that truly passes and surpasses all understanding.
So just be still now for a few moments and when your mind wanders,
Go back to the beauty and tranquility of this beautiful mountain meadow.

You are resting in Mother Earth's arms,
Be at peace.
During this time,
You are completely safe,
Protected.

All remind you that all is well.
