Free of fears,
Just answering each question with a hundred percent attention to that question.

Just be present with what is.
And what is right now is our focus on testing well.
While we're taking our test,
Distracting thoughts may come,
But we have a very simple response to them.
We merely notice the presence and then we get back to the test,
To doing well on the test because our minds can only be on one thing at a time.
So we give a hundred percent attention to the test.
And when those distracting thoughts come,
We just go back to answering the questions well.

What will happen is over time is we'll get better and better at taking tests.
Because we are well prepared for each and every test,
We can go into the test with confidence knowing that we will do well,

Alls we have to do is when distracting thoughts come,
Is take a deep breath and then focus again on the test,
Only answering the questions one at a time.
And because we're in the zone,
We'll be able to tap into everything that we've learned and put it together in a very effective,
A very knowledgeable way.
The beautiful thing about being in the zone when we take tests is that not only do we feel good,
We begin to find that test taking can actually be an enjoyable experience because we're able to share our knowledge with our professors and demonstrate our grasp of the material well,

With this practice,
We will succeed.
We will succeed at doing our best,
Doing the best that we can do given how we prepared.
