Take a slow,

Deep breath in.

Gently hold it and then breathe out slowly.

Slowly.

Take a slow,

Deep breath in.

Gently hold it and then breathe out slowly.

Good.

With each breath,

Feel yourself becoming more relaxed,

More comfortable.

And if there's any uncomfort in your body,

Just breathe.

Breathe slowly.

Breathe deeply.

And breathe into that area.

Send it comfort.

Send it relaxation.

And let go.

And as you continue to breathe,

Just send that breath,

That warm,

Deep breath to your beautiful baby inside of you.

Sending a comforting,

Relaxing breath.

So even though the body may be tense,

Your child can feel your loving comfort being sent to him or her through each breath.

Breathing slowly,

Breathing deeply.

Sending relaxation to your body.

Sending peace to the baby.

Sending wellness to your body.

Sending wellness to the baby.

So when you breathe in,

Just breathe in peace,

Comfort,

And breathe it in all the way to the beautiful baby inside of you.

Sending it love.

Sending it comfort.

And with the out-breath,

Let any tension,

Any worries,

Any fears of you or your babies to go out with your breath.

Breathing in peace,

Relaxation,

Breathing out tension.

And these breaths,

Each breath that you take,

They're beautiful,

Comforting breaths that both relax you and relax that most beautiful baby inside of you,

Ready,

Eager to enter the world.

And your breaths are your way of communicating to the baby that all is well.

All is well.

Breathing in,

Holding it gently,

Breathing out.

And as you continue to breathe,

Just imagine the beautiful life ahead of that baby inside of you.

Letting the baby know all the love that surrounds him or her as they prepare to enter our world.

They've spent nine months being so gently loved and cared for inside of you.

Now with each breath,

Let them know the love and peace that awaits them,

That is available to them through you.

And with each breath,

Breathe in slowly,

Breathe out slowly.

Breathe in slowly and deeply.

Breathe out slowly and deeply.

With each breath,

Your body becomes more relaxed,

More at peace.

And it's almost as if the love,

The deep love inside of you,

For this most precious baby inside,

Can feel that love caressing him or her.

We are 19 weeks pregnant. My husband and I listen to this every night before sleeping. It is long and may seem repetitive, but I hope to also listen to it during labor.
