Hello Brilliant Being.

I'm so glad you're here.

My name is Dr.

Liz and I'm going to be guiding you through a powerful exercise.

I welcome you to join me on an adventure inward as you shift into a state of deep mindful relaxation so that the conscious part of your mind can take a break while the other part of your mind,

The unconscious part,

Can help you gain mindful motivation,

Energy,

And enter a flow state.

So go ahead if you haven't already done so.

Make that energizing mudra or anchor with your fingers forming what looks like a peace sign with both hands but closing the victory and joining the thumb and ring and pinky fingers together like a mutton summit.

That's right.

And take a cleansing breath in and as you exhale let go of any and all tension in your body and mind welcoming mindful relaxation and focus with each and every breath you take.

So you're here to gain calm vitality and motivation to get things done right?

You may be wondering how will relaxing help me accomplish anything?

Well it's an interesting thing.

Studies suggest relaxing is vitally important for productivity,

Focus,

And creativity and even robots,

Cell phones,

And Olympic athletes need to rest and recharge and you're no exception.

Feeling more relaxed and focused as you listen to my voice breathing and being.

Feeling gratitude that you're taking your first productive step forward to getting that task done by relaxing here right now.

So let's welcome that wish and goal you wish to complete to your mind.

What do you want to achieve?

Make it as specific and action-oriented as you can.

When will you do it?

Where will you accomplish it?

And most importantly why?

Why is this important for you to do?

It can be as simple as cleaning will make my body and mind feel clearer or I'm investing in myself by studying.

Or maybe this activity will bring a smile to other spaces.

And now that you know what you wish to do next how would it feel when you accomplish this wish?

What is the concrete outcome and reward that would make you feel like this?

And you can see this happening as you walk through the steps towards your wish and goal.

And use as many of your senses to feel as if you're accomplished that goal right here right now.

What are you seeing around you?

Are there other people involved or is it just you?

Are you touching or holding anything?

And most importantly what emotion do you feel accomplishing your wish?

Perhaps it's happiness or peace relief or maybe even pride.

And now where in your body do you feel that emotion of achievement?

Allow some time to soak in this experience a breath longer.

Perhaps you're even smiling right here right now seeing yourself getting this thing done.

And the interesting thing your brain is already making noticeable shifts in energy and motivation.

Releasing rewarding dopamine from the nucleus accumbens as you feel your future self accomplishing this task effortlessly and easily.

This may feel like the first delicious sip of coffee right in the morning.

Filling your body and mind with zest energy and vitality.

Go ahead and bask in this experience.

If perhaps perchance obstacles or distractions or that part of you rises up within you always have an anchor or a mudra to signal to your body and mind that you have all the resources within to tap back in to the flow this focus effortlessly and easily.

All you have to do is again make that peace sign.

One finger stands for peace the other for victory and connecting your thumb and your ring and pinky fingers together.

Using this anchor will give you a boost of focus and a shot of dopamine to make things more rewarding and to increase your motivation.

You'll be amazed and pleasantly surprised how quickly effortlessly and easily you can accomplish your tasks and wish.

If you benefited from this I encourage you to practice it daily so that this skill can be easily accessible for you anytime you wish.

May you find pockets of peace throughout your day.

Take care.

Very helpful and great for the morning! The pace was nice, not rushed. I particularly like that it did not feel like cheerleading or what can feel more like toxic positivity, it feels sincere and I feel more confidence in what I can accomplish after the practice. I was not certain I did the mudra the correct way, I will look it up, as it did seem to help energetically. Thank you for this practice , I will return to it ! Now to actively “do” 😉🙏🏼
