Good morning,
My friends and welcome to another episode of within us.
This week is going to be something different,
Something special,
And I'm going to tell you why.
Lately,
I've been asked by so many people.
What can I do to feel better right now?
How can I get through this challenging time?
I know that there are silver linings for many of us and I believe that this time that we're in this time of transition can and will change us for the better.
But in the meantime,
How are we nurturing ourselves mind body and spirit so that we can really get through this stressful time,
You know,
Nobody prepared us for this.
There was really no warning.
There was no preparation and we're all really learning on the job.
And so what I've done for this episode is that I've gone back through my podcast all this little all of the season and I picked out a handful to share with you.
I am going to be paraphrasing some of the incredible insights of my guests as well as sharing clips from some really exciting episodes both past and a future episode so that you can get inspired and stay inspired.
I'll end the episode with some of my favorite life hacks that are really helping me right now and all in all it's just going to be a power packed episode full of valuable and useful content for you to use right now.
We're going to start off talking about worthiness and acceptance powerful concepts to shift our mindset in any moment in episode 2 Leah Aharoni spoke about the spiritual Masters and their teachings in her work.
She travels to Eastern Europe to visit the resting place of some of the greatest Masters of Kabbalah that lived in the sixteen and seventeen hundreds the founder of the Hasidic movement the Baal Shem Tov also known as the master of the good name explained the following thing he shared that every single person on this planet is meant to be here.
There are no mistakes.
Every person has a unique and beautiful role just as unique as your fingerprint.
So is your role on this planet.
This world needs what you uniquely have to offer.
And you are worthy simply because you exist even in a moment where you're not doing or creating winning losing succeeding or failing or anything in between your simply alive.
You are divine.
Leah explained that when we can accept this when we can really look at our lives as a long road as a big picture and know that we're worthy no matter what we can also accept stressful circumstances that come along things that are out of our control.
She shared a story when she was walking through the city of Jerusalem and she was running late to a meeting because of the light rail schedule that morning had been thrown off.
She was on her way to a speaking engagement and she realized that if she could accept the situation realized that it's out of her control.
She could maintain her composure and show up to where she was going with a clear mind.
She explained the time after time having this mindset of acceptance brought her a sense of calm where inevitably she would realize that every single thing that had happened happened for a reason by accepting what happens in our life.
Even when things don't go our own way.
We're able to see that for this too.
There is a reason we might not see it right away.
But we might we might notice that there's a hidden gift or a hidden blessing in even a stressful situation.
Well,
That brings me to the question of how can we calm down the one tool that I take with me.
I learned from my spiritual teacher Libby Kistner.
Libby Kistner explained to me that breath has an incredibly spiritual component and it also has the ability to change our physiology in any moment in Hebrew.
The word for breath is nishima.
The word for soul is nishama and it is taught that our breath has been breathed into us by the infinite oneness upon our creation.
In any moment we can simply notice our breath one tool that I like to do is just to check in with breath and ask myself am I breathing shallowly am I taking sips of air or am I really acknowledging there's an abundance of oxygen available to me in any moment,
You know friends.
It's interesting.
We're walking around with masks right now and I'm wondering how many of us realized the beauty of breathing without a mask until that was taken away from us.
I'm not sure I did.
And I think that part of this being taken away from us temporarily when we're out and about in public spaces can really help us tap into our capacity to connect with breath when we're on our own when we're in our own space and the truth is that pausing to take a big breath of air and really connecting with the sensation of breathing can bring a sense of calm to the entire body heart and brain.
We are signaling to our brains and our bodies by bringing a slight smile to the face and a slow deep breath into the lungs.
Right now everything is okay.
The mind can lead us to believe that we're under stress and we're under threat even when the threats and the perceived stresses are merely in our minds.
By doing something with our bodies and by connecting physically to breath,
We're giving our brains and bodies the physical reminder that we can calm down and what's incredible is that it really really works.
Alright now speaking of spirituality.
My guest.
On episode 31 was Rabbi Dr.
Abraham J.
Turski.
He is 91 years old and he's one of the most prolific writers and teachers in the English-speaking Jewish world in the Jewish world really on the planet in the last several decades.
He spent a life growing up with spiritual masters and luminaries.
He was raised in a family of sages and he became a medical doctor which was unique for his time.
He became a psychiatrist and was the head of a psychiatric hospital for decades in the United States before moving to Jerusalem in the last several years.
When I sat down with him in his home in Jerusalem,
He had a lot to say about the human capacity to connect with spirituality and the importance of doing so.
Let's have a listen.
We have to first realize what is it really that separates a human being from the lower form of life?
The answer is that the human being has a component called the spirit and what is the spirit?
The spirit is consists of several things.
First of all,
Being able to sacrifice one's own needs for the welfare of someone else.
The ability to grow,
Ability to forgive,
The ability to see a purpose in life rather than think of oneself as an accidental occurrence on Earth.
There's perhaps 13 or 14 things that are characteristic of a human being that animals do not do.
They don't have those capacities and it's those items that separate us from an animal that constitutes spirituality.
Some people have asked what about religion?
I say religion is very important,
But it's not part of this.
It's not the most essential part of spirituality.
What a beautiful idea to think about and Rabbi Turski went on to say that religion without spirituality is actually a superficial practice.
So staying so clear that we are all here for a reason and that we have been created by something beyond our capacity to understand can bring us a lot of comfort.
It can bring us a lot of comfort in times that don't make total sense and let's face it.
What do we have to lose by being open to the possibility?
That all of this could be for the good.
Alright,
Well let's face it.
It is not always easy to have faith.
It's not always easy to have faith that things are going to work out for the best or it's not always easy to have faith in ourselves and our abilities.
How many people in the world struggle with self-confidence?
How many people have dealt with imposter syndrome?
Well,
Rabbi Turski shared an insight with me on the day that we spoke that has stuck with me in such a profound way ever since I left his house.
It's all about the universality of self-doubt and how we can move past it.
Rabbi Turski explained the concept of the Yeitzer Hara or this inclination that is drawing us to the wrong side,
The wrong choice,
The wrong decision.
And here he explains its real power.
And although he can do,
Get the self-doubt by seducing you to sin,
Most of it is by taking away your self-trust,
Taking away your self-esteem and making you feel worthless.
And if he gets you to feel worthless,
He's won his battle.
So when I get feelings like everybody else does that I'm severely lacking,
I'm not doing enough,
I have to stop myself.
I have to stop myself.
Isn't that incredible to hear from Rabbi Turski after working for decades with addicts in the psych ward and meeting so many people that suffered and struggled with self-esteem,
He identified with that struggle on a personal level and he shared that he has to stop himself.
I walked out of his house that day and I said to myself,
You know what?
This is exactly what I'm going to do.
I'm going to start noticing the self-doubt when it comes up and I'm going to sit with it.
I'm going to acknowledge it and I am going to get very clear on where it's coming from because at the end of the day,
There is nothing,
There is no fear.
There is no self-doubt that should be strong enough to take away my sense of purpose.
You are here for a reason.
You have so much light to share with this world.
And let's get clear on this self-doubt.
Are the doubts and the fears that are coming up?
Are they important enough to keep your light out of the world?
I don't think so.
Next we're going to hear from someone else who knows all about self-doubt.
She knows all about doubt and she knows all about how to show up with fortitude even when things don't go your own way.
Beattie Deutsch is a qualified marathon runner.
She's the fastest female marathon runner in Israel and she was running her way toward the 2020 Olympics in Tokyo this summer until they got canceled.
So she knows all about disappointment.
And in fact,
Her running journey began from a disappointment.
She was at a family beach reunion running on the beach and racing with her brothers just a few years ago when she lost the race.
She realized at that moment how she felt out of shape and how she really wanted to start taking better care of herself after she had had four young children in a short span of time.
She started showing up for herself and she set a personal goal to keep herself accountable that she would run in a half marathon months later.
As she began training and her husband began supporting her,
He quickly realized that her time was something extraordinary.
Beattie has gone on to win half marathons and marathons.
I just love following her on Instagram.
Her Instagram handle is marathon mother and she shows up on stories talking about her races and her challenges and her life as a mom and trying to balance it all and it's just such a joy to be following Beattie around the planet.
When she came on the show,
She also shared what she does in a moment of stress while she's running and these same tools can be applied to any stressful moment in our lives.
Let's hear from Beattie.
When you go through a workout,
Let's say you're getting to the point of reaching like fatigue.
So you can you have two choices of like you letting the let it let it overtake you or like the same when you're stressed out your blood pressure is rising your you know heart speeding quicker and you can let it go to the point that you yell or you could say like hold on a minute like I'm feeling stressed.
What do I need to do to calm myself back down?
It's like when I'm in the point of like,
Okay,
It's getting hard like I'm feeling my body wear out.
So I have tools to so I'm aware of that.
So then I access the tools that are going to help me surge through it.
So either it's going to be okay try and distract yourself.
Okay,
Focus on you know,
What can you look ahead at?
Use cues to check in on your form when you're running or visualize or use a mantra like all different things but stay calm remember like I don't let myself get to the point of I can't handle this.
I'm too tired because as soon as I start saying,
Oh my gosh,
I'm too tired.
This is too hard then.
Yeah,
I am too tired and it is too hard and my body starts less slowing down and it's an it's a vicious cycle.
Like you just you can't you can't maintain it.
So the whole goal when I'm doing a workout is to not get to the point of negativity fatigue slow down.
It's to keep myself stable calm happy relaxed,
You know,
So I feel like it's an amazing tool.
It's like an amazing opportunity to to work on that and then you have those moments like you said in every all the time in real life,
You know.
Yeah,
Isn't that the truth?
You have those moments all the time in real life and cultivating the awareness that we're in a moment like that is so so important.
I spoke with a very special guest Rabbi.
Dr.
Benjamin Epstein or Dr.
Benji as he's called.
He's a spiritual teacher.
He's also a practicing psychologist and he's the author of a beautiful book called living in the presence.
He spoke about the absolute importance of welcoming emotions as they come up for us and he even referenced a gorgeous poem called the guest house that I'm now going to go ahead and share with you.
The guest house is a poem by 13th century Persian poet Rumi here.
It is the guest house this being human is a guest house every morning and new arrival a joy a depression a meanness some momentary awareness comes as an unexpected visitor welcome and entertain them all.
Even if they're a crowd of sorrows who violently sweep your house empty of its furniture still treat each guest honorably.
He may be clearing you out for some new delight the dark thought the shame the malice meet them at the door laughing and invite them in be grateful for whoever comes because each has been sent as a guide from Beyond.
I absolutely loved having a doctor Benji on the show as a guest.
I highly recommend checking out his episode,
But you know,
It was funny.
We spoke about that poem and he mentioned that we don't have to be laughing when I all show up.
You know,
It's it's really a level that that really talks about in this poem,
But just accepting our humanity and even accepting this is hard for me to accept.
This is challenging for me,
But it but really accepting them all and I think he really iterates this because of its power that the only way out of these emotions is through.
And by fighting against them by running away from them.
We are only strengthening strengthening their power over us.
So even if it's just carving out some time to be present with sadness or disappointment,
I think it could be really important.
You know,
My daughter's turning 12 next week and her pop mitzvah celebration was cancelled.
She's been looking forward to this her entire life.
She's been really sad and upset.
There's a part of me that's wanted to as her mother's say,
Oh,
Everything's okay and don't be so upset or try to make her feel better.
But instead of doing that,
I've decided that I'm going to sit with her and I'm also going to be disappointed.
I know we're going to move through this.
I know it's going to be meaningful and it's going to be whatever it is supposed to be in the end,
But I want to welcome what's coming up the disappointment and the loss and her grieving this milestone that she's looked forward to for so long.
I am planning behind the scenes to get her a super special present for her pop mitzvah.
We're actually going to be welcoming a new family member into our home.
We're thinking about getting a dog.
So right now we're researching that and we're getting ready and I feel like it's going to be therapeutic for her for all the kids and for us as well to be taking care of something else to be there to take responsibility,
Especially for the kids that they can really show up and be useful in our family in this time when it's so hard to go out and be useful other places because everything is shut down.
So that's one example of how I'm trying to welcome emotions and just the idea just the presence of knowing that all things are coming from Beyond and that the only way out is through.
I think it can really bring us a lot of movement and a lot of presents and a lot of connection.
One thing that I think we can all tap into is our goal or hope and our desire to be able to in the future look back upon this time and know that we did the best we can and that we were all pursuing meaning.
In the world of mindfulness and awareness there is so much to talk about by way of remembering what's meaningful and remembering what's important.
I sat down with a very special spiritual teacher by the name of David G when he was visiting Israel last September.
He had gone on a spiritual journey first beginning as a teen when he was sent off to Israel by his parents to learn any yeshiva.
He went on to travel the world and his travels and his exploration into spirituality and meditation and mindfulness and ultimately which led him to become a world-renowned meditation teacher and spiritual leader began on a pivotal morning after 9-11.
David G shares with us how his life working in the corporate world the world of Wall Street in Manhattan ended abruptly and took a major turning point.
Let's have a listen.
And so that's sort of like was the pivotal the turning point in my life as I got more deeply involved in the corporate world leading up to that moment.
I had adopted a meditation practice on and off but as I got more serious about the work that I was doing it working 18 hour days working 7 days a week.
Ultimately I traded in my morning meditation practice for an early morning train ride to the World Trade Center and I traded in my evening practice for a nice tall glass of scotch meditation.
But in the wake of 9-11 I was walking past a row of cardboard boxes that people were living in in Soho,
Lower Manhattan and I walked past this particular row of cardboard boxes and this hand reached out of this box grabbed my pen like pulled me in and this guy peered up at me with his crystalline blue eyes and said what's going to be on your tubes now.
And probably I've been asked for money in a gajillion times before and I reached into my pocket almost like automatically to like okay I'll give him a couple of bills whatever that is and keep walking and for that moment I just surrendered to that.
And you know I call these like butterfly moments where like everything stops traffic stop the people stop all noise stops the walls move away it's me and this other entity.
It's happened to me a bunch of times since then and someone says to you what's going to be on your tombstone.
It's a fairly reflective question.
It's pretty deep and you can either just like blow it off or surrender to it.
I considered that like a holy moment that was God speaking to me through that person.
Wow,
What a message and what a gift you know,
David G is so generous.
He has hundreds of meditations available on his website.
He's always showing up on Instagram sharing gorgeous quotes and meditations and while he's not a particularly Jewish teacher.
He's not he's not teaching.
He's Jewish,
But he's not teaching Jewish wisdom per se.
He's teaching really a universal wisdom and beautiful ideas that I love to follow and they really inspire me.
So I feel blessed to to learn from him and I think that you will too.
On this topic I want to bring it home because you know,
These are these are some pretty grand ideas and I think oftentimes with these grand ideas we get a really strong philosophical Foundation and an inspirational basis for how we want to live our lives.
But let's just talk about the day-to-day for a couple of minutes and a practice that you can do that.
If you're feeling low,
If you're feeling,
You know,
A lack of hope.
These are some things you can do to pick yourself up like on a micro level on it on a minute by minute day by day basis.
Okay,
So these are really amazing and they're coming from you and they're coming from the audience all of your comments on Facebook.
My Facebook page is grow your insight with Dr.
Ozzie and I asked the other day what helps you through challenging circumstances.
I shared that this summer has been far from our norm our annual trip to see our family was cancelled.
So many things have been cancelled and it's been really rough.
So one thing I do is that I set aside some time each day to go for a hike and watch the sunset all by myself when I can I get into nature and it's you know,
Getting into nature is so powerful.
It has tremendous benefits for the body and brain.
We are a part of nature.
We can put our feet in the grass or you know on the earth for several minutes a day.
It's practice called grounding that has some incredible effects that was advised to me by several people several of my guests including Kaylee the healer and Dr.
Schiller the integrative MD and Ben Farley my brother who also who wrote the Unchained Life Manual.
So this grounding it's like so simple,
But we can all do it find a patch of grass and take off your shoes and and there you go.
This idea of setting aside time for me.
It's it's kind of a reflection of a bigger idea that you know money has been researched and and does money bring happiness.
This question has been asked and the more it's being looked into is that sometimes it can and one of the ways that money time and money both can bring us happiness is when we set dates for the future maybe a few months in advance not too far but a few months to keep us excited keep us looking forward to something for an experience be it a trip or a gathering something that we have on the calendar look forward to and I think that's all fine and good but for me as a mom of young children and being in the time that we're in every day can feel pretty long.
So I like to have at least one thing if not a few things throughout the day,
Even if it's just a few minutes here and there of just like giving myself some time to sit and have my favorite hot drink on the patio or do that sunset hike or meditate or have a special,
You know delicious new fruit or call a good friend and have a good catch up,
You know anything we can do to put it on the calendar to have it in mind that we have these things to look forward to I think can be super-powerful.
So from you you shared Gila Jacobson said that she likes to meditate.
She likes to meditate with my podcast take walks lie down allow herself to relax.
Rachel astrahan Cooper Cooper Smith said coffee and chocolate.
Okay,
Can't go wrong with those.
Claire Goldstein jogging and swimming laps exercise.
Yes,
So incredible.
To get out there and move,
You know change your body and then we change your mental state.
It's a simple yet powerful tool that we can use we can dance we can jump in a cold pool changing that physical state is the quickest way to change the mental state.
We have Samantha said the same thing her swimming pool and Jamie Soggin said Spotify listening to music everything from Disney singalongs in the 70s and 80s and 90s classic basically everything is what she said.
Yeah,
Listening to music is so powerful so powerful and one thing I like to listen to actually on that topic is meditation music focus music.
I find that when I'm at home doing tasks like organizing it just gives me something to relax and focus so that I end up getting more done when I'm trying to like clean or organize Charlene said that she loves baking and cooking.
This is really nice especially with so much extra time at home just to be around beautiful food beautiful vegetables beautiful fruits all these ingredients and tapping into the joy of cooking,
You know,
I think so oftentimes we can become habituated to like picking up fast food or getting something out and about but there's a real joy to being in the kitchen and tapping into that art when we are able to so that's kind of a neat one to try and lean into our yellow shared that she loves to take nice hot baths with scented candles and meditation music.
How relaxing does that sound?
That's definitely something to look forward to all day.
I would add that scented candles could be substituted with aroma therapy like a Roma therapy candles or a Roma therapy oils.
I recently got a package from my good friend Hannah Friesen here in Israel who has a company called the oils for me and she sent me this gorgeous gift basket full of all different oils one is for immune support.
I put it on every single day and she got me grapefruit oil that can be dropped into a diffuser or even water all of these oils are food grade oils and they have tremendous benefits and they also have a calming power on our bodies and brains.
I've definitely been enjoying those and they bring me back to spa experiences where I really enjoyed the sense and after I got on his gift I just realized well I can really bring this into my home so that has been enjoyable for me as well as everyone who lives here.
Well,
There were so many comments on this thread.
I see Rifka Zlatkin said early morning nature walks.
How gorgeous is that contemplating the beauty in nature and all of the goodness that G slash D has bestowed on me.
Wow,
I love this.
Annie Ornstein shared that her friends help her through everything and I think that's a big one just staying staying present with the fact that you know,
We still have the phone.
We still have zoom.
We still can depending on where you are and your circumstances set up like spatially distance meetings with people and remembering that you know that we all want to be here for each other.
I think that's that's a big one.
What else do we have here?
So incredible Naomi pellet your early morning hikes or runs and meditation affirmation practice.
Naomi has been on a health journey since she almost lost her life just a few years ago when she gave birth to twins over the past few years.
She set out on Naomi's Odyssey to health and wellness and I just love following her on all of her social media and watching her transformation of mind body and spirit her Instagram handle actually is SCH you GGI 1981 and it's really cool.
I'm excited to share this one with you.
I think you're going to get a lot out of following her.
I have here Becca Klempner who's an author.
She's an incredible author and she said not surprisingly really good fiction.
Love that.
A good distraction good entertainment definitely can't forget about that Cynthia says meditating and listening to soft music evening walk Michelle pogach and here's a gorgeous picture from Wendy's a kudo of the beach in Maui where she and her husband are semi-retired from California.
They are in Maui and it's just so wonderful that she's here.
I love watching her on all of her adventures in Maui.
This was an incredible thread it really went on and on finishing up here with Hana bear who said daily focusing and visualization exercises working on concrete goals and gratitude for what we have and what does work and you know,
That's such an asset-oriented mentality focusing on gratitude for what we have and what does work so Hana is incredible.
She is an educational specialist and you can check out her her page actually.
She has a page where she shares resources for parents whose children are struggling whether they're falling through the cracks having attentional issues or emotional issues.
Her website is called the Yotzreimlemidah.
Com So it's it's Hebrew but it's written in English like this YOTZREIMLEMIDAH.
COM and she's been a real help to me in my parenting journey.
And I think that that perspective that she has focusing on what you do have and what is going right is so important.
So I want to conclude this with the practice.
I've shared in the past.
I'm going to share it again that helped me get out of bed when I was so depressed after being hospitalized in 2012.
When I got out of the hospital in 2012,
I transitioned to a daycare program and I feel really blessed looking back that I ended up with incredible support people.
I found Dr.
Farzin Yagmai who initially I met because he's a professor at UCLA,
But he also has a practice called mindful clinics in Los Angeles and he helped me so much.
He said,
You know,
My patients with bipolar disorder are my favorite patients and he told me all the reasons why and I don't really see myself as having a disorder to be totally honest with you and I don't see most people who have this quote-unquote diagnosis as having a disorder and part of that is is is from what I learned from him which is that no matter what we always have assets.
We always have what to offer and that everyone has needs everyone has struggles and by focusing on what we do have and what we can give we can really make tremendous shifts.
So I started over the course of my recovery writing down each day three things that I did simply because I knew they were the right things to do in the beginning when I was really unwell it would be like getting up out of bed in the morning when I didn't want to or cleaning a kitchen counter when you know again,
I didn't want to I didn't want to like lower level me didn't want to but higher self me did want to and I made that extra effort and I made the choice to do something difficult and pretty soon it was doing things like making dinner for the family and then it became making dinner for the neighbor who just had a baby or volunteering or you know,
It really snowballed and that's the power of focusing on the good that what we focus on grows.
So I want to ask you today.
What are you focusing on and what do you want to grow?
What do you want to grow more of this isn't about you lacking something it's about you noticing that you have something inside of you that only you can share with this world.
You have strengths you have abilities maybe for you it's listening to people.
Maybe you're a really good listener.
So at the end of the day you could write down.
I listened to my neighbor who was having a really difficult time.
I listened without judging without responding without answering simply to be a space.
Maybe that's what it is for you.
Maybe it's calling up a relative who's lonely just to check in and see how they're doing.
Maybe it's spending some quality time with your kids or a loved one when you feel really drawn to you know,
Working and working working sounds like somebody I know that's that's kind of like me,
You know,
I can get really drawn into work but it's pausing and just saying,
You know what?
I'm going to do something meaningful right now.
I'm going to take some time out and be there for someone who needs me.
So on that note,
I am going to go spend some time with my kids.
I have three out of four home right now,
But you know,
I think this this episode just has so much content so much to give over.
I hope that it serves you and let's stay in touch.
Come hang out with me chat with me on Facebook or Instagram.
It's grow your insight on Instagram and on Facebook.
It's grow your insight with Dr.
Ozzie and share with me what you're doing.
What's helping you through this difficult time.
I would absolutely love to hear from you and I bless you wherever you are in the world that you are meeting yourself with kindness.
Before we go,
I'm going to give you a quick preview of our next episode with my fabulous guest.
Mrs.
Lori Palatnik founder of Momentum a movement that has brought over 20,
000 people on meaningful trips to Israel to discover their heritage.
She talks about the importance of perspective and how one shift in perspective can truly change our Outlook and our lives.
So one time I don't remember what the blog was about.
It was just a three-minute blog and somebody wrote a woman wrote Dear Lori nice for you to say because your life is perfect.
If you had our problems and if you had our lives you wouldn't say that.
I wrote back dear so-and-so.
I have problems and I have challenges in my life.
I said I have challenges in my life just like you in every aspect of my life Health Wealth relationships,
But I choose to frame it that these are my opportunities for growth that the almighty sent me these challenges for me for my good so that I could be a better person you choose to see these challenges as and you're blaming complaining and that brown that mother-in-law that the almighty sent you your mother-in-law sent you your boss sent you your neighbor for a reason not that so that you can blame and complain but so that you can become a greater person.
These are your opportunities for growth.
These are your opportunities for growth and so you see we have the same lives but it's how you see it.
We cannot we are framers.
That's who we are in life.
The almighty throws things at your canvas things that you never in a million years thought would ever happen to you.
If you knew walking up the aisle what was really going to happen.
You probably wouldn't walk up the aisle if you knew what was going to happen after you gave birth to this child.
You probably wouldn't have done it.
Okay,
But the almighty leads you to the same path.
Okay,
But the almighty leads you into the into these relationships for your good and he throws challenges in your life for your good so you can frame it as that opportunity for me for myself to grow or you can frame it in a very different way and just like you know that the frame of a picture can either enhance and bring up the beauty of a picture or it can distract from it.
And what we do is we distract ourselves and we create a very unpleasant picture by not seeing that everything that the almighty sends every person in your life every challenge in your life every blessing every every source of pain every source of of joy.
It's all from the same source.
