Hi,
This is Donna Dyer.
Welcome to this sacred transition into sleep to support deep,
Nourishing rest.
You will be merging into the broader essence of you.
The you that you experience when you sleep.
You'll be noticing what that experience is like for you.
This is a powerful way to use this important transition.
So settle in,
Making any adjustments that you need to,
To get yourself just a little bit more comfortable.
Testing your blanket,
Your pillows,
So that you feel just right.
Stretching out,
Getting cozy as you settle in.
And deepening your breath as you relax.
Feeling quieter,
Feeling peaceful,
Tuning inward.
Breathing into your own energy.
Settling in.
And just letting go.
Softly think of the day that you had today.
Just briefly touching on the thoughts and emotions of the day.
If there is anything about the day that you wish was different,
Then rewrite it.
Imagine that it turned out differently.
And softly celebrate yourself for everything you did today that you're happy about.
And then tuning inward and letting all of that go.
Letting go of the day.
And begin to breathe in your soul's soft light.
Soft,
Gently bright light.
Just by thinking about it.
Just by imagining it.
Breathing in and out.
Breathing in this bigger part of you.
The deeper levels of your own being.
And reflect for a moment how you would like to feel when you wake up tomorrow.
Softly picture the things you are doing tomorrow as you bask in this ease.
Picture yourself having an amazing day.
Having ease and joy spread through your whole being as you bask here.
And in this space,
Picture anyone or anything in your life that you would like to add light to.
One by one.
Allowing images to float into your mind.
Embracing them with the light that you are.
Family.
Friends.
Even pets.
Picturing them softly as you bask in this space.
You might imagine your home,
Your community,
Gently thinking of them as you relax.
And as you continue to merge into this broader sense of you,
Is there anything that you would like to have an answer to or more clarity about,
A broader vision of,
Something you would like to work on as you sleep.
Think of something that you would like guidance for as you transition into the space of sleep.
And then let it all go.
Turning it all over to your higher mind and trusting that the answer will come at the perfect time.
You are transitioning into another state of consciousness,
Into sleep.
Your mind is gently listening as your body continues to relax.
Allowing relaxation to flow through your whole body,
Starting at the top of your head,
Noticing your scalp,
Relaxing,
Noticing your mind,
Relax and open.
Your eyes and the muscles around your eyes are relaxing and letting go.
Your cheeks,
Your jaw,
Your tongue,
Your entire face,
Any expression on your face just letting go.
Noticing that you can relax your body with your mind.
Seeing the back of your head and neck relax,
Your throat area releasing.
In peace permeate your body as you relax.
To your shoulders,
Your upper back,
Letting go.
Breathing deeper and deeper into a sense of peace.
Looking down your arms all the way to your fingers,
Noticing your hands relax.
Your breath is flowing in and out rhythmically as if you are riding on your own breath.
Feeling your chest relax,
Your stomach letting go,
Your back and the muscles all the way down your spine,
Letting go.
Calm and comfortable.
Seeing that sense of peace and tranquility come into your hips and your low back,
Letting go.
Letting go into your thighs and your knees,
Behind your knees,
Your calves,
Your ankles,
And all the way down into your feet and toes.
Allowing the energy around you,
Quiet.
Allowing the energy all around your body to become as clear as a mountain lake,
As clear as glass.
You are beginning to merge with the night,
Finding that in between place.
Seeing the space feeling freer and lighter.
Basking in this delicious in between space,
Between awake and asleep.
Deeper and deeper within.
Enforming your multidimensional self.
Feeling yourself floating effortlessly in this expansion.
Knowing how magnificent this part of you is as you bask in this space.
Knowing that this part of you communicates with you through pictures,
Through symbols,
Through your dreams,
And trusting that you will remember these messages,
Anything that's important to you when you wake up in the morning.
Deeper and deeper.
Falling into sleep.
To the vastness of you.
Knowing that tomorrow you will wake up feeling rested and alert.
Ready for a wonderful day.
Floating in this space.
Right on that edge.
So relaxed.
So peaceful.
And still aware.
Taking your awareness with you more deeply than you have ever taken it before.
Listening as far out as you have ever listened.
Inward and inward.
