Welcome to Quantum Nap,

Where you will experience deep rest and access the broader awareness of your own energy field.

When you bring this practice into your life on a regular basis,

It leads to insight and aha moments,

More ease and flow,

And a deeper sense of authenticity as you express your uniqueness in the world.

So settle in for a transformative experience of deep relaxation as you open up to what's possible for you.

By finding a comfortable position,

Close your eyes.

Taking a moment together to drop in.

Noticing the sensations in your body as you fully arrive.

And do whatever you need to do to make yourself a little more comfortable.

Knowing that it's worth it to make those adjustments now.

Carving out this important time for yourself.

Feeling your breath.

Fill the entire space of your body with it.

Expanding your body with your breath.

And using your breath to consciously enter into a deeper connection with yourself.

And now invite an intention to your practice today.

Clarifying your intention in your mind.

And the enjoyable experience of feeling fully alive.

Leaning back or lying down.

You may be able to sense the energy moving or you may not notice anything at all.

Either experience is fine.

You are opening to new patterns of light to align you to the highest flow.

So keep your senses open.

Be receptive to the energies that are coming in and stay connected with yourself.

As you let go and bask in the subtle energy,

You are absorbing and integrating it into your experience.

And that harmonizes who you are now with what's possible for you,

I'll guide you through a short relaxation and after that,

I'll get quiet,

Facilitating the activation in the background.

Just listen to the music and allow any and all thoughts,

Emotions and sensations to simply come and be.

Imagine yourself surrounded by a warm and gentle light,

Like the comforting glow of a cozy fire.

This light represents the safe and connected space that you're creating for this journey of deep relaxation.

As you immerse yourself in this experience,

Allow the light to envelop you,

Bringing a sense of tranquility and warmth,

Allowing it to permeate every cell of your being,

Releasing tension and inviting a state of calmness.

Take a moment to focus on your breath.

Breathe in slowly,

Drawing in this comforting light with two sips of air through the nose and then exhaling gently through your mouth with a sigh.

Let's do that two more times.

Inhale two sips of air through your nose and exhale with a sigh,

Letting go.

One last time.

Feel the warm light washing over you,

Melting away any tension in your body and in your mind.

Allow your awareness to expand as you become attuned to the subtle energies within and around you.

As you continue to breathe,

Imagine the gentle light is slowly flowing through your body,

Harmonizing your energy centers and promoting a profound sense of balance.

And as you inhale,

Imagine this wave of light fills you up from the tips of your toes all the way to the top of your head.

And on your exhale,

That warm light travels down from the top of your head all the way down through your body to your toes,

Caressing every part of your being as you let go of any tension,

Releasing any residual stress or anxiety and allowing you to sink deeper into a state of relaxation.

Allow your muscles to soften,

Your mind to quiet and your whole being to be bathed in this soothing light.

Noticing the sensations in your face and your scalp,

Allowing any expression on your face to just release,

Relaxing your jaw,

Your eyes and the muscles around your eyes,

Your eyebrows,

Your temples,

Your cheeks,

Allowing your eyes to relax back and down.

And noticing your ears,

Your throat,

The back of your neck and bringing relaxation into these areas.

Noticing your heart and just pausing here to really notice your heart.

Breathing here.

Feeling that relaxation in your heart radiate front and back,

Relaxing all the muscles in your back all the way down to your hips,

Radiating down your arms to your wrists and fingertips.

Noticing your hands from the inside out,

Relaxing.

Noticing your rib cage,

Your stomach,

Breathing into your belly and exhaling with a sigh.

Relaxing your hips,

Your legs,

Your knees,

Your ankles,

All the way down to the soles of your feet and toes.

Sensing your entire body once again,

Allowing your breath to flow naturally as you inhale,

Imagining trillions of cells breathing in simultaneously.

As you exhale,

Feeling them release and let go.

Breathing in trillions of cells breathing in simultaneously and breathing out.

Noticing your whole body resting deeply,

Even sinking more deeply into the surface beneath you.

Feeling supported by the vital energy flowing freely with each breath.

And as you bask in this warm glow,

You feel safe,

Supported and connected.

Your quantum nap is now complete.

Bring your attention to the center of your chest,

Calling all of your energy back to you.

Feeling this flow and calling it all back to the center of your chest.

Taking a deep breath in,

Perhaps stretching your body,

Feeling that vital energy flow through your body as you come fully back.

Feeling so good,

Relaxed,

Refreshed and ready.

And as you open your eyes,

Take a moment to notice how you feel.

And imagine carrying this sense of deep relaxation and ease with you as you continue your day today.
