Nourishing breath in through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth with a sigh,
Noticing how your breath soothes you in this way.
Letting go of any tension or concerns.
Allowing yourself to relax with each exhale.

Feeling the support of your surroundings around you.

Imagine a luminous circle of light all around your body.

Feel this light expanding,

Arms,

With each beat of your heart,

Affirm to yourself,

Repeating this affirmation on your own,
Allowing its truth to resonate with you.
Imagine yourself being cradled in the arms of a loving presence.
Maybe a memory when you were deeply held by someone,
Or perhaps you perceive it as an energetic embrace by Mother Earth or the universe itself.
Feel the tenderness of this embrace,
