Good morning.
Welcome to a brand new day.
As you settle in,
Find a comfortable place to sit.
Perhaps you're still in bed.
Either is fine.
I invite you to deepen your breath and slowly stretch your body.
You may want to raise your arms above your head as you adjust your entire spine.
Perhaps rocking your hips from side to side.
Feeling that stretch along your sides and stretching your legs as you move your breath throughout your whole system.
Slowly welcoming your deepening breath into your body.
And now coming to stillness,
Put your awareness on your heart area.
Breathing into your heart.
And as you breathe,
Bring to mind something or things that you are appreciative of or something you love.
Starting your day by filling your heart with love and appreciation.
Perhaps moving your hands to your heart as you open to a deep feeling of gratitude.
Allow yourself to bask in this gratitude for a few moments as you begin your day.
And now keeping your hands on your heart,
Feel that glow of appreciation and invite an intention for how you want to be today into your awareness.
Consider how you want to feel,
How you want to show up as you embark on your day today.
Perhaps you want to feel this appreciation.
Perhaps you want to feel energized,
Maybe relaxed.
You might want to feel focused and confident.
Maybe you want to feel ease and flow or something else or some combination.
Just breathe as you allow that intention to become clear.
Bring that intention into your heart as you breathe.
Feeling your heart pulsing that intention through you as it weaves through your entire being,
Becoming you.
And imagine yourself filling with light with each breath in,
Absorbing light into every cell of your body and with each breath out feeling ease and flow.
Stretching from now until the end of your day.
Fill that path with sparkling light,
The sparkling light of your intention as if you are paving the way with how you want to feel and how you want to experience your day today.

As you think of this path and your day ahead of you,

Imagine showing up in the way you just intended and being delighted with how it turns out.
