Healing Vortex Guided Meditation This guided meditation,

Healing Vortex to clear your energy and field,

Is designed to help you clear,

Heal and release all psychic debris,

Energetic connections,

Negative thoughts,

Unhealed emotions and wounding,

Unresolved trauma,

Fear and pain that may be present in your energy body and field.

By clearing your energy body and field of any dissonant energies and frequencies,

You achieve a greater state of clarity,

Inner peace,

Balance,

Harmony,

Unconditional love,

Acceptance of self and others,

Forgiveness and healing of the past,

As well as overall well-being.

Clearing your energy field allows you to become more present and grounded and to perceive and experience reality in a way that is aligned with your highest and best good.

In addition,

By clearing the pain and recordings of the past,

You are free to create and experience a more joyful and creative present and future.

So let's begin.

If you'll find a comfortable place where you can either sit or lie down and relax,

Accepting all that is arising in your consciousness in this moment,

And choosing to relate to it with loving kindness and compassion for yourself,

No matter what it is,

Allowing yourself to feel it and to also let it go as soon as you feel that you can.

It could be now,

In a moment,

Or even after this meditation has ended.

Just being present with what is and planting a seed to let go and release anything that's not currently serving you.

Relaxing deeper.

It's okay to let go.

It's good to let go.

And freeing yourself from the burden of the past,

Breathing it all out on your next exhale as to liberate old energies,

Thoughts and emotions that you may be carrying.

And gently closing your eyes towards the end of this release,

Allowing your next inhale to be easeful and relaxed as you let the energy flow down,

Releasing whatever is no longer serving you and feeling yourself relaxing deeper and deeper,

Deeper and deeper relaxed as you release stress,

Worry,

Tension,

Contraction and anxious energy on the exhale,

Deeper and deeper relaxed as you choose to feel and embody the energy of relaxation on the inhale,

Breathing out pain and trauma,

Breathing in ease and relaxation.

Let go more.

It's okay.

You're okay.

Allowing yourself to become ever more present with yourself and what is in the present moment as you let go of all thoughts,

Memories or projections and associated emotions about the past or the future.

Let go.

It's safe.

And feel your body,

Mind and emotions respond to your loving intention to let go and relax,

Unwinding layers of pain and conditioning from your being with focus,

Ease and care.

Relax.

All is well.

Allowing your breath to slow down and gently lengthen as to support more relaxation and excelling anything that is not helping you relax and open up,

Unwinding layers upon layers so that your body can rest in the stillness and silence of your deep presence with yourself and all that is.

And as you continue to let go and release,

If you allow yourself to feel into old habits and patterns of thoughts and emotions,

Energetic connections that tend to cycle through repeatedly and trigger pain,

Conflict or disease,

Becoming aware of whatever you may be carrying within your energy body and field without judgment,

Shame,

Blame,

Guilt or punishment,

Simply becoming aware of what you hold in your energy,

In your field and realizing that whatever you carry within you is not who you truly are and that if you wish and choose to let it go,

You can and you will.

And so choosing to simply and lovingly be aware as to become empowered to change your experience,

Your energy signature and your field and to benefit from this shift at the physical,

At the physical,

Mental,

Emotional,

Energetic and spiritual levels of your being.

Feel all of that and hold this understanding within your consciousness.

You can and you will change your internal experience if and when you choose,

Realizing in this moment that it is your internal experience that generates all that you experience,

Not the other way around.

You are a conscious co-creator of your reality and if you'll relax into this truth,

Knowing in your heart that it is truth and that you can always free yourself from anything you may be carrying at any time.

And so if you'll simply rest in this awareness and all that you may be carrying in this moment,

Knowing that you can let it go and intending for this practice to support the clearing and healing of all these thoughts,

Feelings,

Emotions and energies that are no longer serving you,

Anything and everything of the past,

From the past that you're choosing to liberate through this deeply healing and spiritual practice,

Intending and choosing to purify and heal your body,

Mind,

Emotions,

Feelings,

Energy and field from all psychic and energetic debris that might be stagnating and holding the past in place,

Leading you to repeat the same experiences over and over again by holding them in.

And so as you focus on your intention to clear and purify your whole energy body and field,

If you'll become aware of an energy right above your head,

You are calling this energy by focusing on it,

Sensing,

Feeling,

Visualizing or simply imagining a beautiful energy forming at the top of your head about six inches above,

Pure white light energy of the highest consciousness and vibration forming and gathering above your crown and taking the shape of a vortex,

Invoking the spiritual vortex,

Also called spiritual whirlwind or etheric vortex,

An energy of the purest vibration and brightest white light.

And if you wish,

You may also call upon any fully enlightened spiritual being or protector that you feel most resonant with,

Beings that have been holding the light and embodying the highest,

Purest consciousness,

Maybe for thousands of years or more,

Invoking this energy and pure energetic construct that is only focused on love,

That is only focused on love and healing,

That is pure and unconditionally loving,

Invoking this healing vortex energy to calm down and help clear,

Heal and release any and all patterns,

Habits and energetic connections at all levels of your being.

And as this healing purifying vortex begins to descend from your crown,

Moving clockwise,

It collects and removes all psychic debris on its path and moves it downward,

Starting from your crown,

Moving down into your head cavity in a circular motion that encompasses your whole body and field as far outside your physical body as you can feel and perceive,

Collecting and removing all that no longer serves you and continuously moving it downward in a similar way to an upside down tornado,

Clearing,

Purifying and healing your head cavity of old thoughts and thought forms and all that is present and manifest in the space of your head.

Feel,

See or imagine the pure white light replacing what was in this space before,

Generating a higher level of consciousness and supporting the deepest healing at all levels of your being,

Remaining still and present as the spiritual vortex continues to move down,

Clearing,

Healing and purifying the area of your neck and all around it as far in space as you can feel and perceive,

Gathering and removing all psychic and energetic debris and replacing it with the light,

With the love of pure supreme consciousness,

Healing,

Body,

Mind,

Emotions,

Energy,

Spirit and your entire field in this area as it continues moving downward and collecting and removing anything and everything that no longer serves you,

Anything of the past that was painful,

Harmful,

Hurtful,

Purified in this beautiful white light,

The spiritual vortex now reaching your chest,

Clearing all that you may have been holding in this area of your system,

Collecting all that no longer serves you and moving downward as the clearing,

As the spiritual vortex continues to move downward in a clockwise fashion in the area of your middle and lower abdomen,

Your viscera,

Feel your gut opening and expanding with ease and relaxation as the healing vortex continues to swirl all around your body and pull out any psychic and energetic debris in this area of your system,

Releasing old energetic connections you may have held in this space and replacing it all with pure white healing light,

Allowing your breathing to become more easeful and deeper.

Feel that spaciousness in the area of your solar plexus and all the way down to your hips,

Pulling all remnants of old energies from your hips,

Front,

Side and back as the spiritual vortex continues to move downward,

Drawing out all that no longer serves you and replacing it with a healing,
