Radical Self-Forgiveness This meditation is designed to help you achieve a state of complete self-forgiveness,

Allowing you to let go of the past,

Of all of your interpretations of yourself,

Past events,

Situations,

Circumstances and relationships.

By freeing yourself from the past,

You can be empowered in the present moment to take the most constructive actions,

To make the most loving choices for yourself and others and to live a life of peace,

Of joy,

Filled with a sense of fulfillment and connection with yourself and others.

So let's begin.

If you'll find a comfortable place where you can sit or lie down.

And once you're there,

If you'll set an intention for the duration of this practice,

To look for any ways in which you may have blamed yourself,

Judged yourself or punished yourself for anything.

And to be willing to surrender any blame,

Judgment or punishment,

So that you may experience a state of peace,

Of joy and well-being.

And so relaxing into this intention,

Letting go.

Surrendering into this precious moment that is unlike any other moment.

A moment to relax,

Fully and completely.

A moment to unwind.

Any layers of stress,

Pain,

Discomfort or anxiety that you might be holding in,

Holding onto,

Consciously or subconsciously.

In the past,

Not fully present,

Becoming aware of that.

And choosing to honor yourself fully and completely in this moment.

To take time for yourself.

To love yourself in the deepest way.

To nurture yourself in the most gentle way.

To be with yourself in a peaceful and loving space.

One that you create.

A space that you are creating right now.

To breathe light into your being.

To feel love into each and every cell of your being.

To be free of thought,

Of pain,

Of past,

Of illusion.

The illusion that keeps the past alive.

When in truth,

The past never truly was the way we imagined it to have been.

To be in this present moment,

Whoever you choose to be.

Regardless of the past and who you've imagined yourself to be.

To be who you choose to be as you define it in this present moment.

And to forgive all versions and aspects of yourself that you may have blamed.

That you may have judged.

That you may have expected to be different than they were then.

And that you may have punished for not meeting your self-created,

Inherited expectations.

Tuning into these child parts of yourself that you wish to heal.

To integrate and transform into wholeness.

And so becoming aware of all the ways in which you may not be fully loving yourself in this moment.

Without tensing around it.

Without reacting to it.

Lovingly realizing that you may have been judging yourself.

Blaming yourself.

And even punishing yourself.

Based upon your own distorted interpretations.

Or the feedback from others.

Allying for any and all painful memories from the past that you may be holding on to.

Memories about supposedly having been wrong.

Having done wrong.

Memories you've internalized of having been bad or done something bad.

And having believed in those interpretations as if they were true.

Without questioning it.

Because you were conditioned to believe in them.

Interpretations that were incomplete,

Inaccurate,

Obscured through conditioning.

About who you truly are.

And so allowing yourself to lovingly and consciously become aware of these misunderstandings.

And to love them and yourself as they surface.

Choosing to unconditionally love yourself in this moment.

To see your own goodness.

To love any and all parts of you.

Parts that you may have knowingly or unknowingly abandoned.

Turn your back on.

Judged as unacceptable or unlovable.

And maybe even unforgivable.

Seeing with ever more clarity the parts of you that you saw as not enough.

Not good enough.

Unworthy.

Undeserving.

Based upon something you thought,

Said or did.

Based upon a choice that you made in obscuration.

All imagination.

All interpretation.

And so shining the light of love,

Acceptance and forgiveness.

Onto all of these parts.

The ones that judged.

And the ones that were judged.

With complete unconditional love.

Choosing yourself.

To love all of you.

In this moment.

And in every moment.

Tuning into this love.

This light.

And choosing in this moment to forgive the past.

A past that never really happened the way you imagined.

And so choosing in this moment of your own free will choice to fill the past with the love that is here.

That was there.

That always is.

To focus on this love.

This light.

That is your true essence.

Your true self.

And to feel your whole being with it.

Because you deserve to feel it.

To experience it.

To receive it.

And to share it with all.

And so choosing to focus and realize this infinite love that connects us all.

And letting it transform the past.

Letting it heal the past.

That you had been holding on to.

Consciously or unconsciously.

Letting this love and light heal you fully and completely.

Choosing to completely forgive yourself.

For no reason.

Just choosing it.

Radical forgiveness right now.

Feeling what it feels like.

To completely forgive yourself right now.

To breathe out all of the pain.

All of the discomfort.

To disidentify from the parts of yourself that you had been feeling and experiencing.

To see their misunderstandings and ignorance.

In wanting to hold on.

To pain,

To blame,

To judgment,

To punishment.

Choosing radical forgiveness right now.

Because it is the path to freedom.

To happiness.

To love.

Unconditional love.

For yourself.

Which is the path to unconditional love for all.

Choosing this experience of radical forgiveness.

And feeling how it feels.

To be in your body right now.

Radical forgiveness.

Noticing how much lighter you feel.

Noticing the space in your body.

The openness.

Feeling your heart opening more and more.

As if smiling.

As you choose to completely and totally forgive yourself right now.

Smiling to your heart as you do.

And feeling this inner smile.

Enlivening each and every cell of your being.

Your whole body smiling.

As you feel it with love.

Where there was judgment.

As you feel it with joy.

Where there was anger.

As you feel it with happiness.

Where there was sadness.

As you feel it with peace.

Where there was stress and anxiety.

Feeling your entire being with love and forgiveness.

So that you may heal.

Physically.

Mentally.

Emotionally.

Energetically.

And spiritually.

Choosing this deep deep healing.

By choosing love and forgiveness.

Feeling all of the past.

With this love and forgiveness.

Choosing in this moment in time radical forgiveness.

And rewriting the history of your entire life.

And maybe even of your past lives if you believe in them.

With this love and forgiveness.

So that all that is and ever was and remains is love.

So that you always choose radical forgiveness.

In every moment.

No matter what seems to be happening.

Radical forgiveness for yourself.

As the greatest path of learning.

Radical forgiveness.

As the path to enlightenment.

Radical forgiveness as the path of truth.

Of illumination.

Of what is true.

Of what is real.

Radical forgiveness.

Free from conditioning.

Free from obscurations.

Free from mind.

Radical forgiveness.

In this moment in time.

Freedom from all pain and suffering.

Free from the burden of the past.

By choice.

Right now.

And so choosing to let go.

Of everything that is not love.

That is not loving you.

That was conditioned to believe that you needed to suffer.

To learn.

Rather than learning through love and consciousness.

And choosing radical forgiveness in every moment.

For any patterns and habits.

For any thoughts or emotions.

That may have created suffering in you or another.

Forgiveness of all of this patterning and conditioning right now.

Freeing yourself from it.

So that you may love yourself unconditionally.

Right now.

And so loving yourself unconditionally.

Right now.

By choice.

And feeling all of the weight of the past.

An illusory past.

Lifted from you.

Allowing you to rise.

Into ever more loving and conscious states of beingness.

To experience more and more love.

More and more joy.

And to attract and receive more and more loving,

Joyful and empowering experiences into your life by choice.

Feel that.

Flowing in.

Feeling your entire being.

Saturating every cell of your body.

Illuminating your mind.

Feeling your heart with joy.

Connecting you deeper.

To your soul.

Deeper than ever before.

And realizing in this precious moment that this love is,

Was and always will be the essence of your being.

When you allow it.

When you see it.

When you feel it.

When you embody it.

And so embodying this unconditional love for yourself.

Having let go of all prior self-images that were never you.

Having forgiven yourself fully and completely.

Coming back to a new time filled with love and goodness.

To a new space where your love and goodness shine through all of the time.

Feeling grateful for this journey into self-forgiveness.

Gently opening your eyes.

To a new you.

That is inherently good and lovable.

No matter what happened in the past.

Only focused intentionally in this precious moment of the now.

That is filled with this love and goodness.

Because you choose them.

Seeing through the eyes of love and goodness right now.

Through your free will choice.

And committing within yourself to come back to this love and goodness that are always here.

Underneath the layers of misunderstandings and illusion.

Of what never was.

And feeling grateful for this precious moment.
