This meditation is based upon the teachings of Dr.
Jody Spencer,
As well as meditative techniques in Tibetan Reiki Tummo.
By practicing this meditation,
You can achieve a state of brain coherence where both hemispheres of the brain work together to bring about a sense of relaxation,
Focus and spontaneous concentration.
So let's begin.
Find a comfortable place where you can either sit or lay down.
Once you're comfortable,
Gently close your eyes.
And relax.
Relax.
Relax more and more.
And see how relaxed you can become.
In your body,
In your mind,
In your emotions.
Allowing your breath to slow down.
Relaxing more and more and more.
Now as you move deeper and deeper into this state of relaxation,
Gently let yourself smile.
Feeling grateful for how relaxed you've become.
Your whole body feeling so soft,
So relaxed.
And as you continue to relax and smile in appreciation for this state of deep relaxation that you are in,
Begin to surrender.
Surrendering your body,
Your mind,
Your emotions to the present moment.
And as you continue to relax,
To smile more,
To surrender more,
Feel yourself expanding in space.
Becoming aware of the space within your body and all around your body,
In space.
Expanding into space.
Expanding into space.
Expanding your consciousness into space.
More and more.
More and more.
More and more.
Now as you continue to unfold to expand your consciousness into the field around you,
In space.
Bring your awareness in the area of your brain,
In space.
Breathing and feeling in the area of your brain,
In space.
Aware that you are aware in this space,
In space.
Relaxing,
Smiling and surrendering more as you maintain your awareness in the area of your brain,
In space.
Feeling so relaxed,
So quiet,
So open and expanded into space,
In space.
Now while smiling,
Now while relaxing,
Smiling and surrendering in space.
Become aware of the space above your head,
In space.
Becoming aware of the space above your head.
Expanding your awareness into space.
Becoming aware of the space above your head.
Expanding and unfolding your consciousness in this space.
Above your head,
In space.
Now in this space,
Tune into the energy,
The frequency of relaxation.
Deep,
Deep relaxation.
And become aware of how much more relaxed you feel and become as you tune into this frequency of deep relaxation in space.
Feeling grateful for this experience.
Connecting in the field to the energy,
The frequency of deep,
Deep relaxation in space.
Feeling it,
Becoming one with it,
Being it in the vastness of space.
Now feel this energy of deep relaxation flowing down into your right brain,
Hemisphere.
Feeling,
Experiencing the energy of deep relaxation in your right brain,
Hemisphere,
In space.
And become aware of the complete silence,
Quiet and stillness in your right brain,
Hemisphere.
Now become aware of the energy of deep relaxation flowing down from above your head into your left brain,
Hemisphere.
Breathe and feel the energy of deep relaxation in your left brain,
Hemisphere.
Become aware of how relaxed your left brain hemisphere has become.
And feel the state of coherence of both your right and left brain hemispheres.

Feeling and breathing,
Breathing and feeling a deep,
Deep sense of relaxation in your brain,
In space.
Becoming aware of how quiet,
Peaceful and still your whole brain has become.
How your whole brain has become in space.
Becoming one with the quiet,
The stillness of your brain in space.
Becoming aware of the focused whole brain state that your brain is in,
In space.
Balanced,
Focused,
Coherent,
Highly synchronised brain waves.
Feeling so relaxed.
So quiet.
So still.
In space.
Aware that you're aware of how quiet,
Relaxed and still you've become.
And how much more relaxed,
Quiet and still can you become in space.
Let yourself feel that,
Experience that.
In space.
Becoming one with the feeling,
The energy of deep relaxation in space.
Become aware of it.
Be it.
Feel it.
Embody it.
More and more.
Completely relaxed,
Completely still,
Completely quiet in space.
And as you remain in this space,
Suspended in this state of deep,
Deep relaxation,
Coherence,
Focus.
You expand more and more,
Radiating this state of brain coherence into space,

And remembering,
Anchoring this feeling,
This energy into your being now.
So that you can come back to it any time that you feel the desire to experience deep relaxation,
Stillness and quiet.
And so coming back now,
With a coherent brain,
A coherent mind,
Into the space that you're in,
Into your body.
Filled with quiet,
Stillness.
So relaxed,
So peaceful.
Feeling the energy of relaxation radiating from you,
All around you in the space that you're in.
And when you're ready in this deep state of relaxation,
Of relaxed focus,
Of coherence,
Of quiet and stillness,
You can gently open your eyes.
