Back of the heart meditation.
Find a comfortable place where you can either sit on a chair or on the ground or lay down.
Close your eyes.
And allow for the breath to relax.
Inhaling through your nose,
Exhaling through your mouth,
Releasing all the tensions,
Contraction,
Pain.
With each and every breath,
The body relaxes more and more.
With each and every breath,
It becomes lighter,
More open,
At peace.
On becoming aware of the space of your mind,
Allow for whatever thought is present in your mind right now to simply dissolve.
You're not suppressing or repressing your thoughts.
You're allowing the thoughts to flow through your mind effortlessly and freely.
Allowing for the content of your mind to unfold without clinging to any thought.
Keeping your mind as an empty,
Open space.
Quiet.
At peace.
Move your awareness into the space of your heart,
Allowing for whatever emotion is present in your heart right now to simply surface.
Allowing for your emotions to flow through you freely.
You're not clinging,
You're not suppressing,
You're not repressing.
You're simply observing the content of your heart.
Allowing for the emotions to dissolve as they form.
Allowing for the heart to open.
To invite new experiences,
New emotions to flow through you freely.
Now bring your awareness into the core of your body.
Starting from the surface,
The outer layers and slowly coming inward.
Moving through the layers until you find yourself at the core of your being.
Imagine a line from the top of your head all the way down to your perineal floor.
Straight line.
Running to the front of your spine.
And experience yourself there,
In the core of your being.
Experiencing this space as emptiness.
A place untouched by thoughts,
Physical sensations or emotions.
Pure emptiness.
Allow your entire awareness to be filled with this emptiness.
Emphasizing yourself as emptiness,
At the core of your being.
Now in this emptiness,
Bring your awareness into the space of your heart.
Allowing yourself to move into the space of your spiritual heart.
The center of your chest where your physical heart is located.
Going in,
Into the core of your being.
Diving into your spiritual heart.
And allowing your entire awareness to remain there.
Moving into the back of your heart.
The spiritual center of unconditional love.
Allowing yourself to be in that experience of unconditional love.
Allowing yourself from that space to look at yourself,
To look at others,
To look at life.
Through the eyes of unconditional love.
Allowing for all the judgments,
All the fears,
All the beliefs,
All the negative thoughts,
All the negative emotions,
All the expectations,
All the punishment to dissolve.
Seeing life,
Seeing yourself,
Seeing others through unconditional love.
Allowing unconditional love to dissolve all negativity,
All hurt,
All pain.
Allowing yourself to have the experience of unconditional love,
Not as a separate experience from you.
Allowing yourself to become unconditional love.
Dissolving all parts of self that are not unconditionally loving.
Allow for whatever past memories,
Old hurt,
Pain,
Disappointment,
Anger,
Hatred,
To dissolve with this unconditional love.
As you observe,
As you look through the eyes of unconditional love.
It all releases.
Continue to let the flow of thoughts,
Emotions,
Beliefs,
Fears,
Expectations,
Values,
Roles,
Judgments,
Punishments,
Control,
To completely release from your system.
As you completely embody unconditional love.
Maintaining your awareness at the back of your heart.
Becoming unconditional love.
As you allow the experience of unconditional love to become one with you.
Dissolving all misunderstanding,
All hurt,
All pain,
All fears.
Feel yourself in this space,
Outside of time.
Continuously dissolving all experiences that are in conflict with unconditional love.
Educating all parts of yourself that have not looked at life,
Others or self as unconditionally loving.
Embracing what is through this unconditional love.
When you are ready,
Slowly begin to deepen your breath.
Maintaining your awareness at the back of your heart.
Allowing yourself to know that you can come back to this space anytime.
No matter what is happening on the outside,
You can be in that space of unconditional love.
Slowly begin to wiggle your fingers and your toes.
And when you are ready,
Gently open your eyes.
