Morning meditation.
Starting the day with positive thoughts,
Positive emotions,
Feeling good in your body,
Is one of the most important things that you can do for yourself.
It can allow you to achieve your intentions and goals more easily,
And to feel a sense of peace,
Of ease,
And to focus positively on success,
To focus on planning for success rather than being in fear of failure.
So let's begin this meditation that you can start every morning as you awaken.
With your eyes closed,
Feeling yourself in your body as you are right now,
Exploring your body for any place of tension,
And bringing your awareness,
Your attention in these areas of your body that might feel contracted or tense,
Bringing light,
Love,
Space,
Breath in those areas.
And as you bring the light,
The space,
The breath,
The love in those areas,
You feel more and more relaxed,
More and more at peace.
Continue exploring the space of your body,
Bringing light,
Love,
Space,
And breath in all areas that currently feel tense or contracted,
So that you can continue to feel open,
Open to receiving the new things that are coming into your life today.
Instead of repeating the past,
Instead of going into negative thinking,
Or anxiety,
Or worry,
Really being open to receive the new day,
Focusing on success,
Whatever success means to you,
Visualizing in your mind's eyes,
In your third eye,
What this success looks like and feels like for you,
Visualizing the situations,
The relationships,
The abundance,
The life circumstances that you want to attract to you.
And as you visualize this in details,
As you plan for success,
As you focus on success,
Become aware of any area of your body that tenses,
That contracts,
So that you can bring more love,
More light,
More space and breath in those areas.
You may even want to place your hands on any area of your body that feels tense or contracted.
Continuing to visualize,
To focus,
To plan for success.
Maybe if you have a positive affirmation,
You can say it right now,
Something like,
I love myself completely all the time,
In every situation and in every relationship.
Anything that you feel will bring you love,
Will bring you inner peace,
Joy,
A sense of fulfillment.
And so continue visualizing and maybe repeating a positive affirmation,
Or a mantra if you have one.
And focus on the feelings and the emotions that it brings up.
What does focusing positively on your success,
What does focusing positively on the life that you want bring up for you?
Maybe you feel joyful,
Maybe you feel more relaxed,
Maybe you feel hopeful,
Maybe you feel really good about yourself.
Whatever it is,
Whatever those feelings,
Those emotions are,
Focus on them.
Focus on them.
And if you still feel tense or contracted in any part of your body,
Then bring this new feeling,
This emotion into that space.
Changing the way that this part of yourself feels about your success,
Helping it heal,
Helping all parts of yourself become congruent with your success,
Helping yourself to become more and more aligned with your vision of your life,
What you want to experience,
How you want to feel.
By conjuring those feelings and emotions,
By bringing them up and cultivating them,
And bringing the sensation,
The energy of these feelings and emotions in areas of your body that have in the past stored pain,
Fear,
Anxiety,
Worry.
Feeling your whole body in alignment with your success,
Your definition of success,
What you want to achieve.
Feeling more and more open,
Expanded,
Relaxed,
Very focused,
Very positive and intentional about your success.
Seeing it as if it was already happening right now,
Actualizing it in the present moment.
Feeling better and better,
More open,
More confident,
More joyful as you get in touch with these feelings and emotions.
Remaining in this state of openness,
Openness to receiving,
Openness to attracting to you all the things that you want in your life.
Begin to slowly deepen your breath,
Wiggle your fingers and your toes,
And gently open your eyes,
Ready for a brand new day with unlimited opportunities to have the success that you want.
