This short guided practice intends to help you liberate the energy of the past and free you from unresolved emotions such as anger, resentment, sadness, disappointment, feelings of betrayal or victimhood, or a general sense of disempowerment. By practicing this simple and yet profound technique, you'll be able to let go, forgive the past, and move towards a more peaceful, loving, and fulfilling experience of self, others, and life. This practice is derived from Siddha Veda of Ayurveda.

So,

If you'll begin by finding a position of comfort.

And relax.

Relax your body,

Relax your mind.

Let yourself become present to the energy that you feel high but you experience it right now.

Now you're going to look at your right forearm,

So facing you,

And you're going to go in the center of your right forearm,

So inner forearm,

Inside.

And you're going to find that point,

Marma point,

That pressure point,

And you're going to start to press it.

Just press it a couple of times so you become familiar with this place as you keep your eyes closed during the practice.

So now that you have it,

Begin to press this point.

You can either keep the pressure there or you can press and release.

As you continue to press and release or to keep the pressure on that point,

Begin to visualize or feel in your left eye,

At the top of your left eye,

A white frame.

So imagine,

See,

Or feel that there's a white frame in front of your left eye.

And on that white frame begins to appear,

Just like a movie frame,

For instance,

Begins to appear.

Different people,

Different situations,

Yourself,

Different circumstances in the past that have brought you pain.

And you're becoming aware of these different people,

These different energies,

Different parts of you,

Different situations,

Circumstances that are showing up on that screen,

On the white screen in front of your left eye.

And you keep pressing the pressure point.

And as you press the pressure point and you keep seeing these people that have brought you pain,

You begin to say,

I forgive you.

So maybe you're forgiving parts of you,

Someone,

Different things that have happened in your life,

Different situations that have happened,

And you say,

I forgive you,

As you keep pressing.

And as you keep pressing and visualizing or feeling on that white frame in your left eye,

You're seeing these people,

These situations,

And there's more and more.

And so the white frame is becoming bigger and bigger and bigger,

And it has more and more situations,

More people,

More parts of you,

More memories.

And you're seeing all of these events and you're saying,

While pressing the pressure point,

I forgive you.

I forgive you.

And as you keep forgiving them,

As you keep seeing them,

As more and more of these situations and people and energies and parts of you appear on that white screen,

Start saying,

I'm forgiving you.

Pressing in this moment in time to forgive them.

I am forgiving you.

Continue pressing the pressure point,

Intending and choosing to forgive anything and everything that appears on that screen,

On that white screen.

Even if you can't see it,

Even if you're just feeling it or inventing it in your mind,

Just let yourself forgive,

Say,

I'm forgiving you.

And start to feel that the screen is shrinking.

There's less people,

There's less memories,

There's less parts of you,

Less situations.

The things are starting to disappear because you're forgiving them.

And so continue to press on the pressure point and now say,

I've forgiven you.

Realizing that you've forgiven all of these situations,

Energies,

People,

Circumstances,

Parts of yourself.

And now the white frame is shrinking more and more and more and there's less and less that's being projected onto it.

You feel more and more peaceful,

More and more relaxed,

More and more calm.

And you realize that you can let go of all these things.

You can let go of the past.

You're choosing to let go of the past,

Of everything that was being projected onto your mind,

Onto your mind's eye.

And so as you feel this relief,

As you feel this openness,

This spaciousness inside of you,

Place your right hand on your heart.

So you're no longer pressing the pressure point,

You have your right hand resting on your heart and connect to your heart.

And so feel your heart beating with a sense of peace,

Of calm,

With a sense of appreciation for yourself.

Appreciating having let go.

Being choosing to accept,

To understand,

To forgive the past.

And connecting to your heart,

Your beautiful heart.

Connecting to feelings of gratitude,

Of peace,

Of compassion,

Of joy in your heart.

And as you connect to your heart in this way,

Feel,

Imagine or visualize a beautiful being of blue light that is emanating from your heart center.

And as you connect to this being of blue light,

It moves into a frame in front of your right eye.

And so there's this beautiful blue light that's emanating from this blue being of love,

Of compassion.

And it begins to expand into your field,

Into your life,

Into all of your relationships,

Into all aspects and dimensions of your being,

Into all space and time.

Well all there is is this beautiful blue light protecting you,

Healing you.

So this beautiful blue light is being infused in all parts of your being,

All parts of your life,

Past,

Present,

Future.

And as you bathe,

As you soak in this beautiful blue light,

Begin to connect to a vision of yourself and of your life,

Who you want to be,

What you choose to experience.

And whether you see it or you feel it,

Connect to it as if it's happening right now.

See yourself a month from now,

A day from now,

A year from now,

It doesn't matter,

Exactly as you want to see yourself,

As you want to feel and experience.

Whether it's in a relationship,

Feeling happy,

Whether it's feeling healthy,

Whether it's appreciating yourself more,

Experiencing more abundance in your life,

Whatever it is,

Just let yourself have this experience.

As if it's happening right now,

Feel it.

Embody the energy,

The emotions of it in the present moment.

And let yourself smile at this vision,

At this creation that you're bringing into your life right now by choosing it.

Feeling grateful for it.

Feeling grateful for your choice,

For your intention,

For your focus and for your energy.

And celebrating with a smile in your heart.

This achievement,

This intention being achieved,

This goal that is important to you being achieved.

Really feeling that.

Embodying it completely.

Become one with it.

And as you feel it,

As you embody it,

As you become one with it,

As you are it,

Anchor it in your heart by tapping gently three times with your right hand.

And when you're ready,

Feeling grateful to yourself for this practice,

For this choice,

You can open your eyes.

Breathing in and breathing out.
