This guided meditation, Healing your Body, Mind, Emotions, and Life, is designed to help you learn how to truly and fully heal all parts and aspects of your being through focus and commitment to healing and embodying the energy of healing. By practicing this meditation regularly, you will be supported to heal new and long-standing challenges that may have limited you in some way in your life and relationships.

Living in love and rewriting the past.
The following meditation is designed to help you to erase past painful memories,
Trauma,
And to move forward positively in the world,
Having healed,
Transmuted,
Re-understood,
And transformed your past so that you can move forward into the future positively.
This meditation is very helpful if you are currently experiencing physical symptoms,
As well as mental and emotional symptoms that bring about pain,
Disease,
Discomfort,
Or suffering.
So let's begin.
Find a comfortable place where you can either sit or lie down.
Once you're there,
Feel comfortable.
Feel gently close your eyes.
And allow yourself to relax completely.
Gently breathing in and breathing out.
Finding a rhythm that is most comfortable to you.
Finding a rhythm that is most comfortable to you.
That helps you feel most peaceful.
Allowing for your body to relax more.
And allowing you to access deeper layers within your subconscious mind,
Where you might have recorded pain and painful memories that still continue to influence how you feel.
How you feel in your body,
In your mind,
And how you feel in your emotions.
Choosing and allowing yourself to go deeper into the recesses of your mind,
Where all solutions to all perceived problems are available to you.
Breathing in light and love.
Relaxation.
And intending to also breathe out light and love and relaxation.
And anything else that you want to let go of in the present moment.
Anything that is not serving you,
That is not supporting your optimal well-being.
Anything that is not serving you,
That is not supporting your optimal well-being.
Now as you continue to relax more,
To open more,
And to dive deeper into your subconscious mind,
If you'll gently and lovingly bring your awareness in the space at the center of your head.
Imagine drawing a line from the center of your two eyebrows and directly into your skull,
Into your head.
And feel for the center there.
It doesn't have to be exact.
You're simply choosing to place your awareness at the center of your head,
Of your skull.
Resting there.
Allowing for energy to flow there as you place your attention at the center of your head.
Now imagine that from this center you can send any signal,
Any energy that you wish from that space.
And that as you do,
This signal gets transmitted to your whole body and to the energy field all around you.
And as you take a moment to feel that,
To sense that,
Think about an intention that you have in your life right now.
An intention to heal a physical symptom,
A mental or emotional symptom,
A pattern.
Something that you often experience and that generates pain or discomfort.
And once you have this intention,
Once you're clear about your intention to heal,
To resolve this symptom.
If you'll feel this intention,
Moving from the center of your head into your whole body.
And into your field.
Transmitting this signal to your body,
All parts of your body,
All cells in your body.
And to your energy field.
Choosing to become completely one-pointed focused on this intention.
Tuning into your intention,
Feeling it from that space at the center of your head.
And transmitting the signal of this intention into your body and your field.
One example of such an intention could be,
I am completely whole.
Or I am healed.
Or my heart is healthy and whole.
Or I am peaceful.
Or anything else that resonates with you most.
Something that describes and truly embodies how you want and choose to feel.
Starting right now.
And in this moment as you formulate your intention and transmit it into your body and the field all around you.
Notice if there is any internal dialogue,
Any thoughts,
Any images,
Anything that is not aligned with this intention.
Anything of the past that you might be holding on to.
Anything of the past that might contradict how you choose to feel right now.
And how from feeling how you feel right now,
You are choosing how you will feel in the future.
And as you allow these non-aligned parts,
These incongruent parts of yourself to come up.
If you observe them.
If you'll see them for what they are in the past.
Not your chosen present or future.
And as you see them as the past and you actualize the present moment.
You'll see them dissolving.
All of the past gone.
Healed.
Integrated into the light of consciousness.
Completely forgiven and forgotten.
Choosing to only focus on your intention in the present moment.
On who you choose to be.
And how you choose to feel.
And the future you choose to create for yourself.
Continuing to focus at the center of your head.
On your intention and its transmission into your body,
Into each and every cell of your body.
And into your field.
Until all that is,
All that remains is your intention.
Your choice.
The conscious expression of your intention in the present moment.
Choosing to be in this energy to feel it.
To generate it from the center of your head.
To actualize it and transmit it until it's all that is.
Continuously healing and resolving any parts of yourself that emanate from the past.
That resonate with a different story,
With a different intention.
Filling your whole body with the light and the love of your intention.
And noticing how one-pointed you become.
Now as you maintain your awareness at the center of your head and your awareness of your intention.
Flowing into your body and your field.
If you'll bring your awareness in the space at the back of your heart.
The seat of your soul.
And from this space if you'll connect to your intention.
And let yourself feel it.
Completely merging with your intention in the space at the back of your heart.
Choosing in this moment to feel what it feels like to be your intention.
To become it.
To be it.
Cultivating your intention in the space at the back of your heart.
Learning what it feels like in this space.
And transmitting from your heart,
From the back of your heart.
From your feeling,
Your deepest feeling.
The energy of your intention.
Allowing for your intention and your vision to become one with your feelings.
And your experience of what it feels like to experience your intention in the present moment.
What it feels like to be whole.
To be healed.
To be calm.
To be peace.
To know nothing other than your intention.
To surrender the past and the pain of the past.
And to let your intention and your heart and soul guide you and support you.
In your healing of any symptom,
Physical,
Mental,
Emotional.
Until nothing else exists.
Just your intention.
Just the present moment.
And your mind,
Your body,
Your heart,
Your emotions and your soul.
All aligned with this intention.
Becoming familiar with the energy of your intention.
What it truly feels like to be it.
And to experience it.
Allowing for the love and the light from your soul.
To completely dissolve the past.
And the pain from the past.
So that all that remains is the love and the light.
Supporting,
Guiding and transmitting your intention into your field.
Transforming your whole body,
Your mind,
Your emotions,
Your energy.
Transforming the field around you.
Allowing for prior resonances that were not in alignment with.
Peace,
Joy,
Health,
Wholeness,
Oneness.
To completely dissolve.
Experiencing this deep,
Deep sense of coherence.
Of this one energy in your field.
Flowing through your entire being.
Maintaining your focus in the center of your head and at the back of your heart.
And refining your process of tuning into this energy and transmitting it.
Within you.
And all around you.
Noticing,
Imagining,
Feeling.
Yourself as one with this energy,
With this intention that you're choosing to embody and cultivate in the present moment.
Noticing feelings of expansion,
Of openness,
Of stillness and silence as you continue to focus completely on your intention.
And in this moment,
Allowing for the present to be all that is.
Dissolving the past.
Seeing the future as an extension of the present that you're cultivating right now.
And if you find yourself reaching for pain,
Discomfort,
Physical,
Mental or emotional.
Choosing again and again to let that go.
And to come back to your intention and to the present moment.
Experiencing the wholeness and the well-being of.
Cultivating and embodying your intention.
Experiencing a deep sense of gratitude for this present moment.
For your choice.
For your focus.
And for your intention.
Having faith in your heart and knowing that as you choose it,
As you embody it,
Nothing else exists.
Embodying your intention completely.
In all parts of your being,
In all parts of your field.
Supporting the greater integration of your intention at all levels.
In all times,
In all spaces,
In all dimensions.
Until all that is,
Is your intention right now.
And feeling this deep sense of love for this moment.
And noticing how this love carries your intention deeper.
Longer.
Further into your field.
Feeling your intention flowing.
With your love through each and every one of your energy centers.
In your first.
Moving up into your second.
Your third.
Your fourth.
Your fifth.
Six.
Your seven and eight.
Feeling the energy of love flowing through each and every center.
Feeling your intention flowing through each and every center,
Merging with this love.
Allowing for your intention and your love for your intention.
To exist in all dimensions of your being.
In your roots.
In your sacral.
In your navel.
In your heart.
In your throat.
In your third eye.
At the top of your head and above your head.
Feeling your whole energy body with your intention and your love for your intention.
And allowing for your intention and the love for your intention to blend.
Realizing that your intention is a form of love,
An expression of love.
And feeling this love flowing through your entire being,
Your body,
Your mind,
Your emotions,
Your field.
Until all that remains is this love.
And your intention being an expression of this love.
Feeling love and feeling loved.
And experiencing yourself as you always are.
Filled with love.
Surrounded with love.
And choosing to live here.
All the time.
And if anything of the past comes up as you are in this space,
In this state.
Allowing for the love to flow through it.
To heal it.
To dissolve it back into love.
Allowing for the past and past pain.
Physical,
Mental,
Emotional symptoms to be completely healed through this love.
To be surrounded.
To be let go.
So that all that remains is the love.
So that the past is healed.
So that all that remains is the present moment and your choice to love in the present moment.
To love and be loved.
To resonate with the highest frequencies.
The highest energies.
Of love.
And to let the love do the healing.
To let the love shine its light onto the past.
Onto the present and the future.
So that all that is and all that remains is love.
And as you experience this space,
This state of love.
As you embody it,
As you transmit it,
As you are it.
Begin to make your way.
Back into the space that you are in,
Into the time that you are in bringing this love.
Bringing your intention as an expression of this love.
Into your body right now.
Realizing that it is all that is.
And choosing for it to be all that is.
Now,
In the past,
In the present and also in the future.
Choosing this love again and again.
And when you are ready.
Choosing to make this choice to love again and again.
Choosing to leave your intention as an expression of love.
You can gently.
And lovingly.
Open your eyes.
Allowing for this love to flow from your eyes.
Into the space around you.
Into the objects around you.
Into all of your words.
All of your thoughts.
All of your actions,
Behaviors.
Into all of your relationships.
Into the nature around you,
The animals.
Into all that is.
So that all that flows from you is this love.
And your intention.
As an expression of this love.

I’m a big fan of all these meditations but found this one really difficult- I became aware of a restriction in the back of my heart space early on during the meditation and found myself with so much mental resistance to continuing- I kept repeating the affirmations but with lots of objections coming up. I’m glad I’ve had the opportunity to really tune into this part of my body and see it needs further attention and clearing. I was also pleased that Alessandrina guided on what to do if this type of issue arose. Thank you for guiding me to address this 🙏

Thank you for your guidance ✨🙏🏼💫 I am processing grief and past trauma and there was a gentle release through this practice by as I offered myself the words “forgiven forgiven” each time you invited me back to my intention.
