The following meditation integrates different visualization and sound practices that can help you if you feel like you're under energetic attack,
If you're having conflict with someone,
Or if you're simply feeling that someone is having negative thoughts about you or that they're sending you negative energy.
So begin by relaxing.
Finding a place of comfort where you can sit or lay down.
Inhaling through your nose,
Exhaling out of your mouth,
Letting go of any physical,
Mental,
Emotional tension.
Relaxing.
Breathing,
Lengthening,
Deepening your breath.
Feeling more and more relaxed with each and every breath.
As you breathe,
Imagine that there's a beautiful light that is expanding around you as you breathe out.
You're inhaling beautiful light of any color that you enjoy,
And you're exhaling and creating a cocoon,
A bubble of light all around you.
With each and every exhale,
You build the energy around you.
You build more and more light,
And your bubble expands.
As the bubble of energy,
Of light around you expands,
You feel more and more relaxed,
More and more at peace.
You become aware that the thoughts,
The energies,
The conflicts,
Whatever is being projected onto you doesn't affect you.
You're in this beautiful bubble of light,
Receiving and transmitting energy and not letting any negativity enter the bubble.
Now visualize or imagine that the outside of the bubble all around is made out of teflon or titanium.
It's very strong,
And it's not allowing for any negativity to come in.
It's bouncing off of your bubble of energy.
Continue to visualize yourself in this beautiful bubble of energy,
Relaxed,
Peaceful.
Continue visualizing the bubble expanding with each and every exhale.
Now while remaining in this bubble of energy,
Of light,
For a moment think about the person that you have a conflict with or that you feel negative energy from,
That you feel like you're receiving negative energy from.
Without letting this negative energy affect you,
Come in,
Without letting the memories of the conflict or the hard and harsh words influence you,
Trigger you.
Simply aware of it.
And now imagine that you're wrapping this person in a bubble of their own,
Of the color red,
A beautiful red bubble around them.
And the entire time that you're connecting to them,
You're in your bubble and they're in this red bubble.
And this red bubble helps them feel safe,
Grounded,
Stable.
It helps them connect to themselves at the root chakra level and not see you as a threat anymore,
Not want to connect to you and attack you energetically or have negative thoughts about you or negative emotions about you.
They forget about you in that red bubble.
Continue visualizing this person being nourished,
Healed by this red color in their red bubble,
Simply focusing on themselves,
No longer connecting to you energetically.
And while they are in this bubble,
Begin to send them love using the oponopono mantra,
Repeat,
I love you,
I'm sorry,
Please forgive me,
Thank you.
Remaining in your bubble,
Expanding your bubble while connecting to them in their red bubble and sending love by using the oponopono mantra saying,
I love you,
I'm sorry,
Please forgive me,
Thank you.
When you say the oponopono mantra,
Reside in your heart,
Let your consciousness be at the level of your heart chakra so that you can really say these words with intention,
With love.
With the intention of healing the relationship,
Of releasing the negativity between you and them.
I love you,
I'm sorry,
Please forgive me,
Thank you.
Keep repeating the oponopono mantra as many times as you wish,
As many times as it takes for the energy between you and them to shift until you feel like you don't feel as threatened by them,
You don't feel negativity from them.
You feel a sense of peace,
Of ease,
Of quiet.
Imagine that this person is in front of you and you can do that when they are in front of you or you can just preemptively use this technique to start clearing the karmas between you and them,
The negativity between you and them and heal past memories between you and them.
So imagine that as they are in front of you or imagine that they are in front of you and imagine that there's a beautiful waterfall that's falling over their head and there's tons and tons of water pouring over their head,
Washing over all of their negative thoughts,
All of their negativity towards you,
Negative emotions,
Tons of water pouring over them,
Pouring over their head,
Clearing,
Releasing all negativity from them to you and bringing it into the earth to be recycled,
To be cleared,
To be healed.
And as the water continues to wash over them,
You feel more and more relaxed,
More and more at peace and you feel tranquil about the relationship.
You feel good in your heart about the relationship.
Whether you interact with them or not,
You are at peace.
You're not in fear of them or of their negativity.
You feel grounded,
Blissful.
You can repeat this practice with the same person or use it for somebody else as often as you wish.
