Allow yourself to be as comfortable as you can be.

With the intention of being more and more comfortable,

More and more relaxed.

If you want to move your body around a little bit until you find that space where you're really deeply relaxed,

Comfortable.

And begin to focus on your breath.

Becoming aware of your breathing.

You're not trying to change it,

You're simply observing your breath.

Exhaling all the tension.

Exhaling any stress,

Any thought.

And on the inhale,

Inhaling,

Feeling your body with light.

With relaxation.

Feeling the space of your body expand,

Open.

Deeper and deeper relax.

Let the breath take you deep.

And as you continue to deepen your relaxation,

Become aware of your face and the muscles.

Of your face intending to relax them.

Relaxing your eyes.

Relaxing your jaw.

Letting go of any tension that you may be holding in your jaw.

It's safe to let go.

To just be and feel.

Relaxing the muscles of your neck.

Letting go of any tension that you're holding in this space.

Feeling your head and your neck floating in space.

So relaxed.

So peaceful.

Relaxing your shoulders.

Dropping any weight,

Anything that you've been holding,

Carrying.

And feel the shoulders dropping down away from the ears.

As you feel supported and safe.

Relaxing the muscles of your chest.

So that your breathing is even more relaxed.

Relaxing your arms,

Your hands,

Your fingers.

Relaxing the muscles of your back.

Whether you're laying or you're sitting,

Just let the chair carry your body,

The weight of your body.

Just let go.

And relax your abdomen.

So that your breathing can be even more relaxed.

Relaxing your legs,

Your feet,

Your toes.

Surrendering your body in the present moment.

So that it becomes completely relaxed.

So peaceful.

So calm.

Now become aware of the space right above your head.

Sense the space above your head.

And feel,

Imagine or visualize a beautiful light above your head.

This light is a healing light.

Restoring your body to perfect health.

Getting rid of any illness.

And it is also a relaxing light.

Taking you deeper and deeper into relaxation.

And it's a spiritual light of the same quality as the light above and all around you.

And let this light move into your body now.

Maybe it has a color.

Maybe it changes color as it moves through your body from the top of your head.

And as it moves into your head cavity it relaxes your brain and the spinal cord.

And the light continues to move down through your body.

Relaxing each and every part of your body as it moves from top to bottom.

Healing,

Relaxing.

Feel the light move into your chest.

Moving into each and every cell of your body.

Going deeper and deeper.

More and more relaxed as the light continues to move through your body.

Reaching the space of your heart,

Your beautiful heart.

Healing your heart on the physical,

Emotional and spiritual level.

And now imagine that your heart is pumping this light into each and every cell of your body,

In every fiber,

Every muscle,

Every organ.

Filled with this light.

Filled with this healing and relaxing energy.

And you sink deeper and deeper into relaxation as the light continues to move through your arms,

Your hands,

Your fingers.

And let this light shine really brightly where you feel that your body wants this light for healing,

For clearing.

And the light continues to fill your body,

Your abdomen.

Allowing for the breath to be even more peaceful,

More gentle.

Feel the light moving down your legs,

Your feet,

Your toes.

And your entire body is now filled with this light.

And you feel so relaxed,

So peaceful,

Filled with the light.

And the light begins to move through your skin outwards,

All around you in the field of energy around you.

Protecting you,

Healing you.

And as you wave in this light,

As you float in this light,

You experience yourself outside of the boundaries of space and time.

Experiencing yourself as a soul.

A soul that is always safe,

That can never be harmed.

And you begin to remember who you truly are.

And you continue to move deeper and deeper.

Feeling the essence of your being connecting to your soul.

As you let go more and more,

As you relax more and more.

Aware that you're aware.

And in this state you can remember everything.

And as I count back from ten to one,

You'll continue to move deeper and deeper into relaxation.

Surrendering more.

Letting go more.

Deeper and deeper,

Relax with each number down.

Ten,

Nine,

Eight.

Going deeper and deeper.

Seven,

Six,

Five.

Deeper and deeper,

Relax with each number down.

Four,

Three,

You let go more.

Two,

One.

So peaceful.

So relaxed.

So deep.

Now imagine or visualize or feel that there's a staircase in front of you.

You're going down the staircase and with each step down you move deeper and deeper into the core of your being.

Stepping down,

Down,

Down.

Deeper and deeper with each step.

Surrendering.

And now you get to the bottom of this staircase.

And there imagine,

Feel or visualize a beautiful garden.

A sacred space.

This is your own sacred space.

You can imagine,

See or feel whatever you want in this garden.

And you enter the garden and you immediately feel this sense of lightness.

Carefreeness.

And in this beautiful garden with flowers and plants and trees,

Your body will be resting,

Rejuvenating,

Restoring to perfect health.

As you move deeper and deeper into the realm of your subconscious mind.

And so find a comfortable place in this garden where you can rest your body.

In the light.

Healing,

Relaxing.

And now it is time for us to travel back.

For you to remember.

And we'll begin by going back to a childhood memory.

And you can choose that memory as a happy one,

A light one.

Whatever is most useful to your process today,

To your intention.

And you'll let this memory come into focus as I count back from five to one.

And if at any point in time you feel uncomfortable with any of the memories that come up,

Remember that you can either hover over the experience,

Go back to the garden,

Or open your eyes and close them again and go deeper back into the experience.

Five.

A childhood memory.

One that might help you right now with whatever your intention is in your life.

Four.

Bringing this memory into focus.

Three.

You can remember everything.

Two.

Almost there.

One.

Be there.

Wave this memory now.

And what do you become aware of?

Where are you?

Are you at home?

At someone else's home?

At school?

Are you inside or outside?

And are there people around you?

And if there are,

They may look younger,

Because they were younger then.

Try not to critique or to analyze or to judge.

Just let the memory come as it does.

And you can breathe yourself deeper into this memory,

Into the experience,

By taking a couple of beautiful deep breaths to help you focus more.

And there might be other memories that are associated with this memory.

A series of memories that have the same energy or a similar energy can come up.

And allow all of these memories to come up as they do.

And let yourself experience them from a different level of mind.

Feeling,

Breathing yourself into the experience.

And now,

Begin to slowly,

As you continue to be with this experience,

With this memory,

To hover above it.

And you're floating above this memory,

Still aware of it.

And you're connecting the dots here.

Why this memory?

Of the thousands of memories that could have come up in your mind right now,

Why this one?

What is it telling you?

What is it showing you?

And how is it relevant to your intention?

So let us leave this memory now,

Or this series of memories.

And let us go back in time even more.

You can remember everything.

Going back in time to an experience in utero.

Before your birth,

In your mother's womb,

As I count back from five to one.

Let yourself have this experience in utero,

In your mother's womb,

Prenatal.

It might be less defined,

More in the realm of sensations,

Emotions,

Maybe yours or your parents.

Let yourself experience whatever comes up as you bring this memory into focus.

Five.

An in utero experience.

Four.

Bringing it into focus.

Three.

You can remember everything.

Two.

Whether physical sensations or emotions,

Yours or your parents.

When I count to one,

You'll become aware of this experience in utero.

One.

Be there in utero.

In your mother's womb.

And what do you become aware of now?

Any sensations?

Spatial awareness?

Sounds,

Light?

Emotions?

Are those your emotions or are they your mother's emotions?

Or maybe even your father's emotions?

Since consciousness is not limited to the physical body.

What are you becoming aware of right now?

As you remember this experience in utero.

Breathe yourself deeper into the experience.

Whatever imagination,

Fantasy,

A combination of memories,

Just let yourself experience it without criticizing or analyzing.

And at this time there's also spiritual wisdom available to you.

Why this life?

Why these parents?

What lessons have you come to learn?

Become aware of that.

Let it emerge.

Breathe yourself deeper into that insight,

That understanding.

And now let us move forward in time to the moment of your birth.

As I count forward from one to three,

You'll be going through your birth with no pain,

No discomfort,

Just to see,

Just to experience yourself being born again.

And what that was like.

One,

Being born.

Two,

No pain,

No discomfort.

Three,

You're born,

You're out.

And what do you become aware of now?

What do you see,

What do you feel?

Who is present in the room?

Are your parents there?

Your mother,

Your father,

Who else?

Breathe yourself deeper into this experience.

Let yourself experience being born once again.

And what that was like,

That time where you were loved for no reason.

You didn't have to do anything to be anyone.

Just this love.

It's pure love.

Let yourself feel that,

Remember that,

What that feels like.

Not having to perform to do anything to be anyone.

Be in this love,

Feel it.

And now begin to float above this experience.

Observing the scene.

And floating in this beautiful space once again.

And in this beautiful space that you're floating in.

Aware that you're aware.

Imagine,

See or feel a door,

Beautiful door.

This is the doorway to dimensions.

To your past lives.

And to the spiritual realm.

And you become very interested in this door.

And the light that you can see,

The beautiful shining bright light underneath the door.

And you want to know what is behind the door,

What is behind this light.

And so you move towards it.

Curious and playful and aware.

And so relaxed.

And now when I count down from five to one.

You'll open the door,

You'll move through the light.

And you'll choose any of the pathways there.

To any of the past lives you want to revisit.

Or the spiritual realm.

Any experience that is relevant to you right now that will bring you insights.

As to any situation that you want to resolve in your life,

Any intention that you have.

And so you walk towards the door.

Five,

You open the door.

Four,

You move through the light.

Three,

You remember everything.

Two,

You choose a pathway,

You go down the pathway.

One,

Be there with that past life.

With that experience.

And what you become aware of now.

Look down.

Towards your feet,

Are you in a physical body?

And if you are,

Are you wearing any shoes?

And what kind of shoes are you wearing?

And what about your hands?

Can you look down to your hands and see what they look like?

Are you a man,

A woman?

What is the color of your skin,

Your hair?

What clothes are you wearing?

Becoming aware of any and all details as you look.

And you feel.

And you let yourself focus on this memory,

You breathe yourself deeper into it.

And look around yourself,

Maybe you can become aware of the geography around you,

Location,

Where are you?

Are you in a city,

Are you in nature?

Are there buildings around you?

Structures?

Pay attention to any details that can tell you when this is and where this is.

And let the details of this past life or this experience in the spiritual realm surface as they do as you relax into it,

Into the experience,

As you breathe yourself deeper into the experience.

Relying for the memories to simply come up.

Are there anybody,

Any people around you?

And if they are,

Approach them.

Maybe you recognize them.

Their faces,

Maybe look into their eyes and see if you can recognize them from the lifetime that you're in now.

Or your present lifetime.

Who are they?

Feel their energy.

And now let us move forward in time to a significant event,

An important time in that lifetime.

As I count forward from one to three,

Let yourself be in that moment,

In that important event,

In that lifetime.

Something significant for you in that lifetime,

Something that will bring you more information,

More understanding,

More insight.

One,

Bringing that moment,

That significant event into focus now.

Two,

You can remember everything.

Three,

Be there.

And what's happening now?

What do you become aware of?

Where are you?

Becoming aware of all the details that come up as they do naturally.

And breathing yourself deeper and deeper into the experience.

Moving forward in time some more when I count forward from one to three to the end of that lifetime,

The very last moment,

With no pain or discomfort,

Just to see how you left that lifetime.

One,

The very end of that lifetime.

Two,

You can remember everything.

Three,

Be there.

Where are you?

And what do you become aware of?

Are there people around you?

Oftentimes there are people around you in those important moments.

Just become aware of who's around and where you are.

And what is happening as you're living that lifetime.

And now begin to float above the body,

Above that body in that lifetime.

Observing.

Connecting the dots.

Why that lifetime?

What did you learn?

How is this lifetime relevant to your life right now?

And how can remembering that lifetime help you in your life right now?

What are you learning?

What are you understanding about yourself,

About any pattern,

Any behavior?

From re-experiencing this lifetime.

And now let yourself release that memory,

Release that lifetime.

And floating once again in the spiritual realm.

You encounter a spirit guide or an angel or a master in whatever form they may come to you.

And as you meet them,

You begin to communicate with them.

Whether in words or images or mind to mind,

Symbols.

And there are questions you may want to ask them.

Questions about your life right now.

Questions that when they answer will help you to understand more.

To heal,

To grow,

To evolve.

And so you ask them a question or several questions and wait for the answers.

Or maybe they have wisdom and insights that they want to share with you.

So that your life can be more peaceful,

More joyful.

So that you may experience more love,

More happiness,

More abundance.

Can they tell you?

Can they show you how to achieve this state of inner peace,

Of joy,

Of love?

Let yourself hear the answers,

Receive these answers,

Integrate them.

And thank them.

Thank them for their help,

For their insights,

For their teachings.

And also know that they are always there.

When you go deep,

Deep,

You can always access this wisdom,

These insights.

And so as you say thank you,

And you leave.

Let yourself remember everything that you've experienced.

The childhood memories,

Connecting the dots.

Your innuendo experience.

Why you chose this lifetime.

Your lessons.

Your birth.

The love that was there when you were born.

The unconditional love that is always with you,

That you always have access to when you remember.

Your past lives.

Your spiritual realm,

Your spirit guides.

Let yourself remember and integrate everything that you've experienced today,

However you experienced it.

So that you can enhance your life,

Your present life,

With all of these insights and understandings.

And coming back to the garden now.

To rejoin your body that has been healing,

Restoring in the light,

Rejuvenating.

Your body that will continue to heal and restore,

Even after this regression is over.

And as I count forward from one to ten,

You'll be coming back to the present moment.

In a new body.

A body that carries new information,

That has integrated new understandings about the past,

About prior memories.

A body that is healthy and whole.

Energized,

Open,

Light.

One,

Two,

Three.

Coming back to your new body now,

Refreshed.

Four,

Five,

Six.

In this room,

Becoming aware of the space that you're in.

Feeling the energy moving through your body.

Through each and every cell,

Through your limbs,

All the way to your toes and fingertips.

Seven,

Eight,

Nine,

Fully aware and alert.

In control of your mind,

Of your body.

Ten.

You're back in this room,

In this new body.

In this new field of energy that you've created.

And when you're ready,

You can gently open your eyes.

In this room,

In this new body.

On my 3rd try I stayed awake... but my dog frustrated that attempt. I look forward to listening again and again with great curiosity. July '23... a year later: stumbled on to this meditation, a perfect July night, and an hour to spend outside in by backyard garden space. What a space to glide and think, while being led through cobwebs of remembered experiences and shared past lives. The relevance of lessons learned. I might have to listen to this 20 times... in all kinds of weather.
