This short guided meditation, Be The Light, invites you to become more aware of the Light that is always here when you focus on it. By inviting the Light into your consciousness and being, you align with the Light and all of the love and consciousness it offers you. This is an opportunity to receive deep healing in a short amount of time and fill yourself with the Light of Love and Consciousness and operate from a higher level of consciousness as a result of that focus and cultivation.

Be the light,

Guided meditation.

This meditation is designed to help you feel yourself with the light of love and consciousness,

In which all negativity can be completely cleared and transmuted.

Learning to feel your whole being,

Body,

Mind,

Emotions,

Spirit and soul,

With light and love,

Will support the burning of all impurities,

Negative thoughts and emotions,

Pain,

Hurt,

Karmas,

Past traumas and obscurations.

The more light you choose to hold and embody,

The more light will flow into your being,

Space,

Environment,

Relationships,

And your whole life will be lit and changed,

Positively and exponentially as a result.

So let's begin.

If you'll find a comfortable place where you can sit or lie down,

Finding this place of comfort and relaxation,

Where you can just let go,

Relaxing your body,

Mind,

Emotions,

Your whole being surrendering into this present moment,

Gently and lovingly closing your eyes,

So that you can move into a deep,

Deep state of relaxation,

Where all thoughts,

Worries,

Stress dissolve,

Disappear,

Disappear,

A place of comfort,

Stillness and silence within you,

A state of relaxation and receptivity that you are choosing in this very moment,

Returning to a gentle,

Peaceful energy state that is always available to you when you choose it,

Like coming home,

Your true home,

And choosing this deep peace,

Stillness and silence throughout your entire being,

Now,

If you'll begin to feel,

See,

Imagine or sense a bright light of pure white,

Moving down from the very top of your head into your central channel,

An energy channel running alongside your spine that energy moves through,

Watching,

Sensing,

Feeling,

A beautiful,

Pure,

Gentle and powerful white light,

Moving down your body,

From the top of your head into your crown chakra,

Through the very center of your body,

Your central column,

Illuminated by this pure white light,

As it gently and powerfully flows down from the crown of your head all the way down to your toes,

And as this gentle,

Loving white light makes its way down,

It purifies,

Clears and heals any and all energies,

Blockages,

Obscurations and toxins that are not of the light.

Burning away all impurities that have been weighing you down and lowering your vibrational frequency,

Making space for the light of love and consciousness to fill your entire being.

Pure white light lovingly flowing down and through you,

To protect you in the light,

Transforming and transmuting any and all negativity,

Completely removing it from your field,

To heal you through the light,

To remove any and all unwanted impurities and obscurations,

By shining the light onto them,

To nurture you in this unconditionally loving light,

To illuminate your path,

Removing any darkness within or around you,

To shine within and through you,

To empower you to see what is clearly,

To envelop all your relationships with love and consciousness,

To light up your whole world in this beautiful white light,

Feeling a continuous flow of pure white light,

Flowing down from the heavens,

All the way to the core of the earth,

Anchoring this pure white light throughout your entire being.

Creating an uninterrupted column of light,

Illuminating all aspects and dimensions of your being,

From the core of the earth all the way to Source,

Allowing your entire body to soak in this pure healing white light,

Floating in the light of love and consciousness,

Filling your entire being with this beautiful,

Supportive,

Healing,

Loving white light,

That is always here,

Underneath the surface,

And that you can always choose to experience,

Receive and channel at any time,

Pure white light filling your entire being,

And as the light continues to gently and lovingly fill your entire body,

Expanding outwardly from your central column,

Into the energy field around you,

Your energy body,

Your auric field,

Filled with this beautiful,

Brilliant white light of love and consciousness.

Patching any gaps or hole in your aura,

That had in the past allowed other non-aligned,

Lower vibrational energies to flow in and through,

Your energy body,

Your vibration,

Immediately elevated through this radiant white light of love and consciousness,

Filling yourself,

Becoming ever more relaxed,

Receptive,

And even energized by this loving and healing light,

That is filling your entire being,

Expanding into the space around you,

Filling the entire space all around with pure white light,

As you let the light fill your entire being,

Building a positive pressure environment of light and love,

Fully resonant with this pure white light,

That is filling your entire being,

Completely surrendering to the light,

Supreme consciousness pouring into your entire being,

This space of consciousness,
