We don’t wake up one day and have burnout like we might catch a cold . Burnout is a point on the wellbeing continuum from blossoming to burnout….there are many stages. Usually after we burn out we look back, and understand. I want to provide information to help you to recognise the recognised and widely used 12 stages of burnout so that no matter where you are you can begin to move with intention, tiny actions and oodles of self care towards the blossoming end of the wellbeing continuum.
