This meditation is on focus and optimism,
Finding focus with lake energy,
And being fun and full.
This meditation belongs to a series of nine focus meditations,
And nine meditations which can be done in nine days,
All designed to bring you clarity,
To bring you focus.
In this meditation,
We use words and sounds that hold the energy of lake energy of the Tao.
There are specially captured sounds that represent lake energy.
Both the words and the sounds are designed to relax you,
To bring you to focus.
Lake energy is positivity and communication.
It's joy.
It's depth without overflowing.
And lake energy,
It brings you peace.
It brings you happiness.
It brings you permission to pause.
And so close your eyes and bring your focus to my voice.
Allow your mind and your body to relax.
You know,
At a fundamental and subconscious level,
You know how to do this.
Just let it happen.
Stay with me.
I am here.
And breathe.
And first I'll introduce you to the energetic sound of lake energy.
Stay focused on the sound.
If your mind wanders,
That's okay.
You know,
Coming back to the sound actually fine-tunes your focus.
And next we'll breathe in sync with the sound of lake energy.
Let's start by doing one bigger breath,
Bringing air deeper into your lungs.
And then expelling it completely.
And then settle into your regular breathing.
Just breathe at your own pace.
Each breath will automatically find its own rhythm at the pace of the sound.
Lovely,
Soft breathing.
Receiving the focus and synchronizing with lake energy.
And words are pockets of energy.
The words that contain lake energy are positivity,
Communication.
And you are aligning with this focus through the sound in this meditation.
You are joyful.
You have depth without overflowing.
And lake energy is positivity and communication.
It is joy.
It brings you peace,
Happiness,
And focus.
And lake energy releases anxiety by giving you permission to pause.
And come back to your breath.
Find yourself breathing in sync with the sound once more.
Receive the focus that lake energy brings into your life,
Breathing it in.
And quietly with me state,
I align with lake energy.
And I am fun.
And I am full.
