Finding Focus with Heaven Energy – having perspective and support. This meditation belongs to a series of 9 meditations, in 9 days, all designed to bring you clarity and focus.

In this meditation, we use words and sounds that hold the energy of Heaven energy of the Tao. There are specially created sound effects representing Heaven's energy. Both are designed to bring you to Focus. Heaven energy is perspective and support and is fundamental creation energy. Heaven's energy brings you peace, happiness, and focus.

There is no particular order for the meditations in this series. Practicing for 9 consecutive days is the way to work on your Focus. I look forward to meditating with you tomorrow.

Hello friends, Dr. Debra here. This meditation is on focus and expansion and we're going to work on finding focus with heaven energy, On having perspective and support. This meditation belongs to a series of nine focus meditations and these nine meditations can be completed in nine days and they are all designed to bring you clarity, To bring you focus. In this meditation we use words and sounds that hold the energy of heaven energy of the Tao and there are special sounds that represent heaven energy and both words and sounds are designed to relax you, To bring you to focus. And heaven energy is perspective and support and it is fundamental creation energy. Heaven energy, It brings you love and peace, Happiness and focus and releases anxiety. I'd love you just to close your eyes, To bring your focus to my voice, Just allow your mind and your body to relax. You know at a fundamental and subconscious level you already know how to do this, Just let it happen. Stay with me, I'm here and breathe. And first I'll introduce you to the energetic sound of heaven energy. Stay focused on the sound. If your mind wanders, That's okay, Coming back to the sound actually fine-tunes your focus. And next we'll breathe in sync with the sound of heaven energy. Let's do one bigger breath bringing air deeper into your lungs and then expelling the air completely and settle into your regular breathing and breathe at your own pace. Your breath will automatically find its rhythm at the pace of the sound. Lovely soft breathing, Receiving focus and synchronizing with heaven energy. And words are pockets of energy and the words that contain heaven energy are perspective and support. And you are aligning with this focus through sound in this meditation. You are being surrounded by the love of heaven because heaven energy is love and it is fundamental creation energy. Heaven energy brings you peace and happiness, It gives you focus and releases anxiety. And so come back to your breath as you find yourself breathing in sync with the sound of heaven once more. Receive the focus that heaven energy brings into your life, Breathing it in. And stay quietly into yourself, I align with heaven energy, I am supported and expanding. We're coming to the end of our meditation together. Let's express gratitude for heaven energy that focuses on being love, On being creative. And on perspective. Let's do a lovely deeper breath in. And let it go. And one more time, Breathing in the always loving and positive focus of heaven energy. And know that you are safe, All is well.
