Find a comfortable seated position,
Close your eyes,
And let's begin by grounding ourselves.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Feel the connection between your body and the surface beneath you.
Imagine your body becoming heavier with each exhale,
Allowing you to sink deeper into the Earth,
Fully supported and grounded.
With each inhale,
Invite a sense of stability,
And with each exhale,
Release any tension or worry.
Now bring your attention to the base of your spine,
Your Root Chakra.
Visualize a deep red light glowing here,
Representing your connection to the Earth and your foundation.
As you breathe,
Imagine this red light becoming brighter and stronger with each inhale.
With every exhale,
Feel yourself becoming more grounded and centered.
The red light symbolizes safety,
Security,
And a deep connection to the present moment.
Allow this red light to expand,
Flowing down your legs into the Earth beneath you.
Imagine roots growing from the base of your spine,
Reaching deep into the ground,
Anchoring you to the Earth.
Feel the steady,
Unwavering support from the Earth as these roots grow deeper,
Connecting you to a sense of stability and strength.
With each breath,
Allow this grounding energy from the Earth to flow back up through your roots,
Filling your body with a sense of calm and balance.
Feel the strength and stability of the Earth flowing into your legs,
Your hips,
And lower back,
Supporting you in all that you do.
Silently affirm to yourself,
