
Access Inner Wisdom

This visualization meditation takes you on a healing journey with your guide as you heal a thought cluster and come to see the truth of who you are. You may wish to have a journal nearby to capture any messages you receive.
Transcript
Access inner wisdom.
So as you're getting into a comfortable position,
You can invite relaxation in,
Scanning through the body,
Inviting each area of the body from the head into the torso,
Lower torso,
The legs,
All the way to the feet,
Inviting relaxation in.
Allow the music or the quiet to help you soften and let go of any tension.
Maybe taking a few deep breaths here.
Focus your mind on the peaceful energy you feel as you allow it to take you deeper and deeper into a very relaxed state.
You allow your body to relax and focus now on any areas where there is still tension.
Allow the tension to melt from your body,
Your forehead,
The eyes.
Relax the muscles in your jaw.
Let the muscles in your shoulders and arms become loose and limp,
Allowing peace to replace the tension.
This awareness of peace is growing stronger now as you allow the tension in your neck to be released,
Melting,
Softening.
As peace goes deeper and deeper,
Down to your abdomen and hips.
Peace now flowing into your legs as every part of your body is allowed to be filled with this deep sense of peace and wellbeing.
Continue to breathe,
Following your belly,
Continuing to feel this deep sense of peace and peace.
You're very relaxed now,
Very receptive and open to a confused thought cluster which needs attention,
Needs to be heard and allowed to come to the surface for healing.
Your unconscious mind knows the perfect means for this to happen and it is now guided by the wisest part of you.
And this wise part knows and understands what is in your highest interest for awakening.
Imagine yourself on a path and your inner wisdom is with you in the form of a radiant guide that will be with you every step of the way.
And you become aware of your guides presence.
You feel safe knowing that the strength of this radiant guide is there for you whenever you need it.
You have an inner knowing that you will receive whatever you need to heal what needs to be healed.
You become aware that there are many clouds around you.
You look down at your feet and see or sense a stepping stone.
And with the help of your guide,
You step forward easily.
As you take the step,
You are aware of another stepping stone and you take it easily.
And you continue going forward until you have taken several steps.
And with the help of your inner guide,
You come to a clearing and turn to the right.
The clouds clear and you sense a bubble of energy before you.
And this bubble of energy represents a confused thought cluster which needs attention.
And you sense the thought cluster and you remember how healing it is.
Healing for you when you acknowledge and understand it.
Your inner guide will be with you helping to bring to your attention what is in need of healing.
And you feel safe doing this with the strength and the guidance of the radiant guide right there with you.
And as you are ready,
You move into the bubble with your inner guide.
And as you step into the bubble,
You allow yourself to focus on the feelings and know the thoughts within this thought cluster.
And you are filled with the thoughts,
Feelings,
Images,
Memories,
Judgments,
Whatever it may be that's held within this bubble.
And remember your guide is with you,
Studying you and giving you strength.
And you continue to explore this with your inner guide.
And if you feel afraid,
Remind yourself that your inner guide is right there with you.
And as you continue to explore this with your inner guide,
You allow yourself to focus on the feelings and the guidance of the radiant guide.
Now we'll move into a stronger connection with your inner guide who will guide you the rest of the way to heal your mind.
And you leave the bubble with your inner guide.
And your inner guide now leads you to transform this confused thought cluster.
And you are led up some steps.
With your inner guide,
You easily go up the steps.
And as you continue,
The atmosphere clears.
Your sense of peace grows with each step.
Each step is filled with more peace,
More love,
More compassion.
Each step helps you to feel more deeply held,
Supported.
And with each step,
You have a greater sense of well-being.
And you know that intuitively everything is all right.
You know that your connection with your wisdom,
Inner guide,
Spirit is getting stronger and stronger.
You sense this inner wisdom is always present with you.
And when you reach the top step,
You are aware of being immersed in light,
The most beautiful radiant light.
Maybe there's a color.
What color is it?
And you allow this light to bathe you and to strengthen your communication with your inner wisdom even more.
You become even more aware of the peace and love that is always with you.
You have all the time you need to accept this peace and love within.
So allow it in now.
Let it into your awareness.
How does that feel?
You now allow your inner wisdom to guide you.
And you gain insight which comes in feelings,
Images,
Words,
Or inner knowing.
What do you sense from your inner wisdom?
And if you feel like journaling this now,
You can,
Or you can wait until we're complete.
You can just feel what's being shared with you.
You can just feel what's being shared with you.
Maybe you ask your inner guide to heal this thought cluster.
And what do they share with you?
You can just feel what's being shared with you.
You can just feel what's being shared with you.
You can just feel what's being shared with you.
Now ask your inner guide what your new focus is from an aware perspective.
And how you can use this perspective in your daily life.
You can just feel what's being shared with you.
You can just feel what's being shared with you.
Now imagine yourself immersed in the spirit of love that you are.
Feel the presence of spirit of love,
Your inner light.
Now sense or be aware that this light that is within you is always with you to help you at all times.
And imagine that you're acting out your new focus.
Now imagine that you're acting out your new focus.
Take time now to review your experience and feel the healing that has occurred in your mind.
And when you are ready,
Bring your awareness back into the room.
Gently opening your eyes.
Feeling the peace and love of your inner wisdom with you.
Now,
You may wish to continue to journal as thoughts and ideas come to you.
Allow yourself to continue to experience that inner wisdom is always with you.
