Rooted in Self-Worth Meditation.

Take a moment to settle into stillness.

Whether you are sitting or lying down,

Allow your body to find comfort.

Gently close your eyes and take a deep breath in and exhale slowly.

This time is for you to reconnect with your inherent worth beyond rules,

Tasks or achievements.

Begin by bringing your awareness to your physical body.

Feel the points of contact with the floor or chair.

Allow gravity to gently hold you.

Take a few slow breaths as you scan through your body,

Head to toe.

Notice any tension or discomfort and without trying to change anything,

Simply allow it to be held in your awareness with compassion.

With each exhale,

Let go of pressure,

Comparison or striving.

Now shift your attention to your breath.

Inhale gently and exhale fully.

Let each breath be a soft reminder.

You are enough as you are.

You don't need to prove your worth.

You belong simply by being.

Feel this truth settling into your body,

Into your chest,

Your belly,

Your limbs.

Imagine standing tall like a deeply rooted tree,

Strong,

Grounded and centered.

Around you the world may move and change,

But your roots run deep.

Your worth is not shaken by storms nor diminished by others' expectations.

Repeat silently,

I am grounded in who I am.

My worth is not up to debate.

I honor the light within me.

Take a few quiet moments to simply breathe and be.

Let go of any self-judgment.

Allow yourself to rest in your own presence as you are whole,

Worthy and enough.

Bring your attention gently back to the room.

Wiggle your fingers and toes,

Roll your shoulders or stretch in any way that feels good.

Take a final deep breath in and let it go with ease.

As you move into the rest of your day,

Carry this quiet confidence with you.

Let it guide your choices,

Your posture,

Your words,

Rooted always in your truth and your worth.
