For me this meditation is beautiful.
The visualization was easy and very pleasant. I spent my younger years vacationing in Europe on the family farm. And we had a well on the property exactly as described in this meditation.
Returning home from a day of working in the fields, taking a moment to rest by the well.
Lowering the wooden bucket to get the pure liquid from the Earth. With this meditation it brought back a lot of emotion. I could taste the water from that well. And the healing that it gave me back then into now.
Grateful.....to have had this experience in real life.
