I'm really sorry to see that you're having trouble falling asleep and I really hope this meditation will help you get some rest that you so deserve.
The music is gonna continue to play in the background here and to make the most of this meditation I want you to be as present as possible.
That means just paying attention to your experience.
I'm gonna leave you in a bit just to enjoy the sounds but I want you really to spend time focusing on how you feel right here and right now and resist the urge of thinking about the future or the past.

Bring some awareness to how your body feels and bring some awareness to how these sounds,
