I was seeking a meditation for pattern interrupt and to release toxic genetic programming. I almost turned this session off at the start to find something more suitable, I'm not sure why, but I trusted the universe picked the right one. WOW! I just had the most incredible experience and release of so many layers of toxix energy and connections through this meditation, physically, to the core and cells and beyond.
