I have designed this Ikigai meditation to help you identify your life's purpose (the meaning of Ikigai). Please have some blank paper and a pen at hand. We start with a brief relaxing body scan. Then, we answer five questions that help to get clarity on what you should be doing, changing, tweaking in life. To make the meditation not too long, we spend around 2-3 minutes on each question. If you like to write more than keywords or simply need more time, please pause whenever necessary.
