Welcome to your chakra activating meditation.
We're going to start by getting comfortable.
Whatever that means for you right now.
It can be sitting or lying down.
And once you feel comfortable,
I want you to go ahead and close your eyes.
We're going to take some grounding breaths.
So go ahead and take a deep breath in.
And out.
And in.
And out.
And one last big breath in.
And out.
Now we're going to go through all of the chakra points and activate them.
So let's go ahead and picture a beam of white clear light coming out of each chakra point.
We're going to go through that in this meditation.
We're going to start right at your crown chakra on the top of your head.
I want you to picture that white beam of light coming right out of your crown chakra.
Pointing upwards right above your body.
This is activating the guidance that you're going to receive from this meditation.
So while you're still picturing that beam of light shooting up above you from your crown chakra.
Take a deep breath in.
And out.
And in.
And out.
And one more big breath in.
And out.
Now we're going to move down to third eye chakra.
This is right between your eyebrows.
Now I want you to picture that beam of light shooting right out of your third eye.
This activates your psychic abilities and your ability to actually tap into your guidance.
So while focusing on that beam of light coming out of your third eye.
Go ahead and take a deep breath in.
And out.
And in.
And out.
And one last big breath in.
And out.
Now let's move down to your throat chakra.
This is the area that is right in the middle of your throat.
I want you to picture that beam of light coming right out of your throat chakra.
This is really helping to activate your ability to express yourself.
And while focusing on your throat chakra and that beam of light.
Go ahead and take a deep breath in.
And out.
And in.
And out.
And one last big breath in.
And out.
Now we're going to move down to your heart chakra which is right in the center of your chest.
So go ahead and picture that beam of light coming right out of your heart chakra.
This is helping you to activate self love.
And your ability to love others and receive love from others.
So while focusing on your heart chakra.
Go ahead and take a deep breath in.
And out.
And in.
And out.
And one more big breath in.
And out.
Now we're going to move down to the solar plexus chakra.
This is located right at the top of your stomach.
So you can go ahead and picture that beam of light coming right out of your solar plexus.
This is helping you to activate your ability to balance your emotions.
And to really harness the belief in yourself and the power of you.
So go ahead and take a deep breath in.
And out.
And in.
And out.
And one more big breath in.
And out.
Now we're going to move down to your sacral chakra.
This is the area that is right below your belly button.
I want you to picture that beam of light coming right out of your sacral chakra.
When activating the chakra,
You are activating all of your soul's wants and desires.
Anything that you could want in this life is being activated.
And while focusing on that chakra.
Go ahead and take a deep breath in.
And out.
And in.
And out.
And one more big breath in.
And out.
Now we're going to go all the way down to your root chakra.
This is right at the base of your spine.
Underneath your lower back.
And I want you to imagine that beam of light starting right at your root chakra.
This is helping you to activate and access all of the grounding energy that we all have.
We sometimes lose sight of.
Sometimes we forget how that feels.
Sometimes we lose ways to tap into that.
So focusing on the root chakra.
Go ahead and take a deep breath in.
And out.
And in.
And out.
And one last big breath in.
And out.
Okay so now that we are aware of all of our chakra points.
We're going to use two in particular to access our kashik records.
Our crown chakra and our heart chakra.
So the chakra that is right at the top of your head.
And the one that is right in the center of your chest.
I want you to go ahead and imagine that beam of light we were working with earlier.
Starting right above your crown chakra.
And then imagine that beam of light getting longer and moving down all the way to your heart chakra.
So you can almost at this point visualize a line.
Moving above the crown chakra,
Going all the way down through the heart chakra.
Just keep imagining and visualizing that line.
And while you're visualizing that go ahead and take a deep breath in.
And out.
And in.
And out.
And one more big breath in.
And out.
Now it's getting close to the end of this meditation.
We're going to go ahead and close all the chakra points.
You may have felt a release while activating these points and that's totally normal.
But it can be a little stimulating to keep all of our chakra points activated.
So we want to just signal to our brain and our body that we're going to close them off a little bit.
So you go ahead and take your hand,
Gently touch the top of your head where your crown chakra is.
Imagine putting a little lid on it.
Now do the same for your third eye.
That area right between your eyebrows.
And then move down to your throat chakra right at the center of your throat.
And do the same for that area.
Then keep moving down to your heart chakra right in the middle of your chest.
Go ahead and do the same for that area.
And then down to your solar plexus right at the top of your stomach.
You can put a little lid there as well.
And then down to your sacral chakra right below your belly button.
Go ahead and close that off.
And then finally down to your root chakra right at the base of your spine.
Go ahead and put your hand on that area.
We're going to start getting out of the meditation.
You can slowly open your eyes.
