Continuing with the theme of the 8 Buddhist Precepts – suggestions to live a wholesome life – this session is on Right Mindfulness. Noticing sensations in the body, any thoughts or feelings and taking attention to the breath, we notice how we can move our attention from our thoughts (which can sometimes be consuming and difficult) to simply observing the breath (a calming action).
