Kris Kerns

Kris has been embracing mindfulness meditation since 2013. Throughout the years, she has deepened her practice by committing to a daily routine, participating in various training programs and earning certifications, and attending silent retreats. She finds that this consistent practice has nurtured her ability to be more present, accepting, and resilient—qualities that are particularly valuable as she navigates the joys and challenges of motherhood with her twins. Her personal journey towards a more mindful life has inspired her to learn more and share these teachings with others.

While none of these concepts were new to me, I want to continue to deepen and strengthen these qualities in myself and this course was perfect for that. Also, I like how Chris brought this together quite simply and with her own loving personal touch. I would recommend this course for anyone who wants to grow in joy, compassion, and equanimity.
