In our introductory lesson, Sarah will guide you through the powerful benefits of toning and chanting. She'll introduce you to the concepts of Jumon and Kotodama, which are the sacred chants of the Traditional Japanese Usui Reiki system. The focus will be on Jumon, the mystical incantations or mantras of the Reiki system. You'll also have the opportunity to experience a 10-minute healing meditation with the Jumon chants of the traditional Reiki energies or symbols.

In today's lesson, delve deeper into the Usui Reiki Kotodama, "words carrying spirit," and uncover the origins and powerful healing effects of these chants. Sarah will explain the diverse ways these chants can be practiced, both traditionally and non-traditionally. The session culminates in a 10-minute chanting listening experience, incorporating all four Kotodama for the traditional Japanese Reiki energies.

The Healing Benefits Of Symbol One Kotodama - The Cho Ku Rei

In our third lesson, we will start to explore the traditional Japanese Reiki energies through the use of the Kotodama. The first energy we will explore is the Cho Ku Rei, also known as the Power Symbol. You will learn how this particular energy can support you in its grounding, empowering, cleansing, and protective aspects. The lesson provides a deep review of this energy. Sarah provides examples of particular intentions you can use when listening to the 10-minute Cho Ku Rei Kotodama chant, which will allow you to gain the most from its healing benefits.

The Healing Benefits Of Symbol Two Kotodama - The Sei He Ki

In today's lesson we delve deep into the subconscious mind, allowing even greater healing opportunities through the use of the Sei He Ki energy also known as the Harmony or Mental/Emotional Symbol. Through the Kotodama we explore a myriad of healing intentions allowing us to facilitate deep release of suppressed emotions, connect with our intuition and creativity, receive inspiration from our Higher Self and find out what our subconscious is trying to convey to us as we listen to the 10-minute Sei He Ki Kotodama Chant.
