Today,
I will take you on a guided meditation along with a distant reiki drum healing to understand your body's current language so that you can honour your own earth,
Which is your physical form made up of the earth element.
Our physical bodies are marvellous vehicles of insight and understanding here on the earth plane.
Every fibre of our being,
Right down to a cellular level,
Has innate wisdom to share with us and holds consciousness within.
Every illness,
Disease or malady is a gift from our body that teaches us where our thoughts and emotions are not aligned with the universal flow.
Whenever our body grumbles that we are not listening to our higher self,
It will manifest pain or dysfunction.
All we need to do to understand the body's language is to listen to what it is trying to say.
In the following meditation,
You are guided to tune into a part of your physical body that you know wants to speak to you at this time.
If you are a reiki practitioner,
You can channel reiki through your hands during the meditation.
And for those of you not attuned to reiki,
You will receive reiki energies through the drumming,
Which will not only facilitate healing for you,
But also support you in hearing what your body wishes to say.
So,
Get yourself comfortable in a lying down or seated position.
Take some deep breaths to centre yourself and tune into your physical body representing your earth.
You may know immediately as an area might have been trying to communicate with you,
But if not,
Start a body scan by taking your awareness first to the crown of your head and slowly moving down your body until you come to an area which feels it has something to say.
This can be subtle,
Such as an energetic feeling,
Or it may be not so subtle as in physical pain.
If you can,
Place your hands on the area.
If you know there is a part of your body you cannot reach,
Place your hands where it is comfortable for you,
Setting your intention so that any communication will be received clearly.
You will receive healing energy from the reiki drumming in a little while.
Still your mind and ask your body to let you know what it is trying to say to you.
Be open to whatever impressions you receive.
As always,
Don't negate what may seem different or strange,
Just pay attention and listen with gratitude.
So take another few deep breaths,
Connect with your body and receive the communication.
Bring yourself back now,
Hopefully your physical form,
Your earth,
Has shared steps forward,
Things you can do,
Suggested lifestyle changes,
Insights and awareness.
