Wow! That was a powerful meditation.
I’ve been feeling stagnant, my father passed away just before Christmas 2024 and I’m in the process of griefing and I felt that I needed something to shift my grief to help me become unstuck, this certainly did the trick.
I feel so much lighter and in a better place to grieve for my dad.
