When deciding to let go of something, the first question to ask is if it still serves you. If the answer is no, then it is time to let it go. You may be accustomed to a certain way of doing things. It could be an attachment to a person. Even a place could become a comfort zone keeping you stuck. Whatever it may be, if it is no longer serving you, do yourself a favor and let it go!

Getting rid of things that you have not used lately is an excellent way to begin the process of letting go. This can be done in many ways. Looking around your surroundings, you can most likely quickly spot several things that have just been taking up space. Why not let these things go? It can be the first step to doing some serious clearing and releasing. In addition to clearing your physical space, you can also generate immense change by letting go of other nonmaterial things that no longer belong in your life.
