How To Stop Overthinking Everything

With Cristin Dougherty

Overthinking can feel endless. One thought turns into ten, simple decisions become mentally exhausting, and the mind starts searching for certainty that never fully arrives. In this 5-day course, we will explore why overthinking feels so comforting, how it quietly drains mental energy, and how perfectionism and self-doubt keep the cycle going. Most importantly, we will begin rebuilding inner trust and learning how to move forward without needing every answer first. This course is not about becoming impulsive or positive all the time. It is about creating more mental space, self-awareness, and peace in a world that constantly pulls the mind in every direction. It is perfect for sensitive thinkers, deep feelers, perfectionists, and anyone whose mind simply refuses to relax sometimes.
