Today, we examine the ways we can foster accepting who we are. By accepting ourselves, we are empowering ourselves to be who we are without external validation and more importantly, to be who we always have been and who want to be.

In this lesson, you will learn to accept the past and how to free yourself of the past, so you can have more space for now.

Accepting What May Never Be
Today, we will learn how to release the ideas, dreams, and stories that we create and aren’t backed by facts, which keep us from living in the now. When we accept what may never be, we aren’t limiting ourselves, but instead, leaving space for things to change. We are being honest with ourselves about what’s happening now.

Accepting People For Who They Are
In this lesson, we will learn to see and accept people for who they are versus who we wish they could be.

Acceptance + Choosing Joy
Today, we will learn how to create space for joy and how acceptance often serves as a bridge to joy. When we learn to accept joy as our responsibility, we can have ownership over it as opposed to seeking it from others.

Today, we will learn how to honor and accept ourselves while also acknowledging and appreciating the journey it is to see ourselves fully.

Acceptance & Comparison
Today, we learn how to begin to let go of comparison and understand how acceptance gives us clarity on who we really are versus who we believe we are when we're in comparison.

Today, we'll walk through accepting our healing process by acknowledging that it's a lifelong commitment that we can shift to meet our needs.

Today, we'll walk through learning to accept our humanness, and releasing the perfectionism that can get in the way of compassionately honoring our journeys.

Accepting Your Worth
Recognizing that you are worthy, regardless of any ideals that may have been placed on, is the first step to accepting you are, indeed, worthy. Today, we'll walk through learning how we can begin to accept and uphold our worthiness.
