
There Are No Limits Meditation
It's a common belief to sometimes feel stuck or resigned to the way life is, but it's essential to remember that there are no fixed limits on what we can achieve and experience in our lives. Focus on your own progress and growth, and trust that as you stay committed to your aspirations, the path ahead will unfold in ways that you may not have even imagined.
Transcript
When we have the feeling that we're too late,
That we missed the opportunity to have access to something because of our age,
Because we missed the time,
Because we will never have the opportunity again,
There are many things that can happen,
But two of them is,
One,
We give up.
We think that we have to settle for the way life is and that we will never have access to other things.
But the other thing that can happen is that we go for it,
But from a place of scarcity,
And we pull and we tug and we try to make it happen versus allowing life to unfold.
In this meditation,
I want us to begin to see what it would feel like to receive the things we desire with ease,
Reminding the energy within us that we got this.
There's enough time to create what we want for ourselves,
And we can just start in this moment.
I'd like for you to take a seat,
Get comfortable,
Close your eyes.
Just breathe normally,
And take a moment to release whatever was happening before you decided to sit here in this moment.
To let go just for this meditation of anything that has to happen after our time together is done.
To know that even in this moment today,
You have enough time to do all of the things that you need to do,
And practicing even what that feels like to hold that within you.
Does it feel like a truth?
So coming to our breath,
I want you to take a deep breath in through the nose,
Exhaling out through the mouth,
Feeling your shoulders drop,
Feeling your jaw relax,
Breathing in through the nose,
And out through the mouth,
Relaxing the face,
Breathing in through the nose,
Exhaling out through the mouth,
Relaxing your hands,
Breathing in through the nose,
And out through the mouth,
Coming back to your normal breath,
Sensing if any of the energy within you has shifted,
Reminding yourself of the power of breathing intentionally,
That no matter what you would like to do that you don't have access to,
You have access to one of the most powerful tools of well-being when you connect to your breath.
Putting one hand on your belly,
And just paying attention to where the belly expands and contracts as you breathe,
If there's any tension,
Perhaps you're hungry,
Just paying attention.
We don't often give our bodies and ourselves attention in this way.
This is also self-care,
This is also self-love.
And when we practice self-love,
Even in the small ways,
We make space for forgiveness,
And self-forgiveness is an important part of the process of self-care.
We make space for forgiveness,
And self-forgiveness is an important part of feeling like maybe I'm too late,
Maybe I made the wrong decisions.
When we practice grace with ourselves for knowing that we could only do what we knew or believed was possible,
Coming back to your breath,
Breathing in through your nose,
Exhaling out through the mouth.
This next breath,
I want you to breathe in through your nose what you want to create in this world.
Breathing out through your mouth,
Any negativity,
Any stories,
You don't have to know what they are,
Just releasing that energy.
Breathing in through your nose,
Making space in your body for the abundance,
For the love,
For the laughter,
For the joy,
Breathing out through your mouth,
Any negativity,
Any stories,
Any fear,
Any scarcity that's blocking it.
Breathing in through your nose,
And then breathing out through your mouth,
Blowing all of the air out,
Releasing anything that you may not even know is looking for a way to release.
Coming back to your normal breath.
Paying attention to the difference between how you feel now versus when you sat down six minutes ago.
Reminding yourself how much you can change your energy in such a short amount of time as a reminder that there is enough time for everything that you want to create.
Coming back to your breath now,
Breathing in through your nose,
Filling yourself up with the joy of receiving what you finally brought to fruition,
Breathing out through your mouth,
Any fears or any stories that told you that it wasn't possible.
Breathing in through your nose,
Bringing in the peace,
The groundedness,
The knowing that you have the space to hold this,
Breathing out through your mouth,
Anyone around you,
The negativity,
The projection of their own fears on you,
Breathing in through your nose,
The abundance,
The light,
The freedom of being able to create,
Breathing out through your mouth,
Anything that has been a block to the freedom of your creation.
Coming back to your normal breath.
Reminding yourself of the power of creation that you have within you,
Reminding yourself that any perfection that comes into this process is blocking your ability to do it from a place of love.
There's a time and a place for making sure things are done right,
But we have to start first.
We have to believe that there's still time for us to do it.
If we tell ourselves the story that it was only possible when we were in our 20s or when we were young,
Then we don't believe that we can actually start.
And this is limiting our ability to move forward.
Breathing in through your nose,
I can move forward.
Breathing out through your mouth,
There are no limits.
Breathing in through your nose,
I can move forward.
Breathing out through your mouth,
There are no limits.
Breathing in through your nose,
Breathing in through your nose,
I can move forward.
Breathing out through your mouth,
There are no limits.
Breathing in through your nose,
I have enough time.
Breathing out through your mouth,
I have enough experience.
Fill yourself up with this.
Breathing in through your nose,
I have enough time.
Breathing out through your mouth,
I have enough experience.
Coming back to your normal breath,
Feeling the tenderness,
The vulnerability,
The spaciousness,
The freedom,
The grief,
The sadness,
Any and all emotions that have come forward for you to witness,
To show grace,
To show compassion,
To show love.
Taking one more cleansing breath in through the nose,
Breathing out through your mouth,
Becoming aware of the room around you,
Moving your fingers and toes,
And then gently opening your eyes.
This is a powerful meditation,
And I'm so grateful to share this with you.
Come back to it as often as you need.
