This meditation is here to remind you of your enoughness.
We hear a lot about enoughness online,
In self-help books,
Maybe in therapy,
With coaches,
With friends.
And it's not often that we sit down and dedicate 10 minutes to reminding ourselves of our enoughness.
So I'd like for you to take a seat.
And also,
If you feel like you want to lay down and just really have a deep relaxation with this meditation,
Feel free to do that as well.
Close your eyes.
And you can either place one hand on your heart,
One hand on your belly,
Or you can place your hands by your side,
Whatever feels comfortable for you.
I'd like for you to take a deep breath in through your nose,
Paying attention to where it feels easeful to breathe in,
Where you feel tightness,
And exhaling out through your mouth,
Letting your body have that deep release.
Again,
Breathing in through your nose,
Just being aware of where it feels tight,
Like you cannot expand any further,
Just a curiosity,
And breathing out through your mouth.
Let's do that two more times.
Breathing in through your nose,
And then breathing out through your mouth.
Again,
Breathing in through your nose,
And breathing out through your mouth.
I'm sure there have been times where you have made decisions that did not prioritize your enoughness,
Or the decisions did not reflect someone who believes that they were enough,
That they are enough.
We all have been in those situations.
We may have situations like this in the future,
Where we look back and realize,
That was not the best choice for myself.
But when we reinforce our enoughness,
We remind ourselves that we can always come back,
That we can always try again,
That we can always learn,
That we can always grow,
That there is no perfectionism in enoughness,
In healing,
In being human.
Coming back to your breath,
Breathing in through your nose,
I am enough in all ways.
Breathing out through your mouth,
Anything that isn't serving you,
Breathing in through your nose,
I am enough in all ways.
Breathing out through your mouth,
Any and all things that aren't serving you,
Breathing in through your nose,
I am enough in all ways.
Breathing out through your mouth,
Any and all things that aren't serving you.
Coming back to your normal breath,
Just becoming aware of any feelings,
Emotions,
Thoughts,
Ideas,
People,
Anything that's coming to mind.
Knowing that you don't have to do anything with these thoughts right now,
You can just be present to them,
You can just be aware of them,
You can just take note of them.
Sometimes you don't have to do anything with these thoughts.
You can just take note of them.
Sometimes all that we need to do is be aware.
No decisions,
No planning,
No strategy,
Just awareness.
Coming back to your breath,
Breathing in through your nose,
I have always been enough.
Breathing out through your mouth,
Any scarcity or fears.
Breathing in through your nose,
I have always been enough.
Breathing out through your mouth,
Any scarcity or fears.
Breathing in through your nose,
I have always been enough.
Breathing out through your mouth,
Any scarcity or fears.
Coming back to your normal breath.
Remembering that scarcity,
Fears,
Those are the things that usually put us in a position to make decisions that don't highlight our enoughness.
We don't have to know what every scarcity story,
Every fear story,
Every single thing comes from.
That would take a lot of work and a lot of energy.
Sometimes just allowing that energy to release,
Just knowing that we have the power to release energy that we don't need is enough.
Coming back to your breath,
Breathing in through your nose,
Prioritizing myself is my birthright.
And breathing out through your mouth,
All stagnant energy.
Breathing in through your nose,
Prioritizing myself is my birthright.
Breathing out through your mouth,
All stagnant energy.
Just staying here for a moment.
Breathing in deeply through your nose,
Breathing out through your mouth,
All stagnant energy.
Breathing in through your nose,
Prioritizing myself is my birthright.
Breathing out through your mouth,
All stagnant energy.
Breathing in deeply through your nose,
Breathing out through your mouth,
Allowing the air and the rhythm of this breath to flow.
With the hand on your heart space and on your belly or by your side,
Feeling the groundedness that you've created for yourself.
Knowing that there will be people,
There will be places,
There will be situations that you will encounter that will question your enoughness,
That will have preconceived notions about what they believe enough looks like,
Sounds like,
Feels like.
This does not have to become your work.
You do not have to become a professor in teaching other people that you are enough.
However,
Through the decisions you make,
Through the way that you commit to yourself,
This is how you stand in your enoughness.
Carving out time to care for yourself.
Breathing is such an essential part of being and yet we don't often breathe this deeply.
Giving yourself so much gratitude for taking this time for you in this moment.
Breathing in through your nose,
I treat myself like I am enough.
Breathing out through your mouth,
Breathing in through your nose,
I treat myself like I am enough.
Releasing out through your mouth.
Breathing in through your nose,
I treat myself like I am enough.
Breathing out through your mouth,
Resuming your normal breath.
Allowing yourself to be present to this moment.
There are so many things,
There are so many people that have probably tried to deter you from knowing who you are and believing in your worth.
They wanted you to perform and believing in your worth.
They wanted you to perform.
They wanted you to bargain for your worthiness.
But you know who you are and you are remembering who you have always been.
Take a moment to seal in this notion.
Becoming aware of the space around you,
Moving your fingers and toes,
And when you are ready,
Opening your eyes.
Thank you so much for trusting me to guide you in this meditation.
This is a great meditation to revisit every single month or week as you see fit but it is a great meditation to revisit so empowering and reminds us of who we are.
Thank you again and I'll see you in the next meditation.
