We do not have to be hurled into the chaos of our environment. We can stand our ground and hold a space of optimism and positivity from within.

The power of true presence allows us to see all of the beauty in life. Through this presence practice, we will soften the focus we give to our outer world and the stressful conditions that may be imposed upon us. Then, we will go inwards to access an abundant space of gratitude and peace.

Fear has an important role in our lives. Let's look at how some fears have benefited you and how other fears have hindered you. We do a visualization practice to release unsupportive fears that are no longer serving you.

Why does our body get so pushed and pulled by our environment? What if we could use the body as a tool for staying grounded and present? Today we will venture into a powerful practice to help you access greater calmness and security.

Grounding Through Nature
Nature offers us so much wisdom on our journeys. Today we will connect with the energy and teachings of the tree. This tree medicine will show us ways in which we can dig in our roots during times of our environment uprooting us.

Simple and effective. The breath carries us into our deepest state of calmness. In this practice today we will drift into the flow of the breath,and allow it to reduce anxiety, so that we can truly arrive in this moment.

We create introspective reflection today on your self-care, discovering which areas can be improved and how. Today's practice is a wonderful self love practice to help increase your energy, confidence, happiness, and better prepare you for hardships.

What do you want to empower and what are you ready to release? Affirmations are empty words when we don’t utilize the action step associated with them. Today we use powerful affirmations to help bring you in alignment with your desires and desired feelings.

Gratitude creates joy in the heart. Gratitude allows us to rest the inner drive to overachieve, to be something more, so we can melt into the beauty that already exists. Discover gratitude even in difficult times.

Connection
Tune in to the power of feeling support through our community. Happiness and health are shown to be increased with an increase of connection. Today we will do a loving kindness practice, as well as a dynamic calmness practice.
